Wunderbare Unterkunft in wunderbarem Sant'Andrea
Ein perfektes Ferienhäuschen auf dem wilden Westteil Elbas. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl beide nur italienisch sprechen, hatten wir keine Probleme mit der Kommunikation, weil Anselmo einen großen pantomimischen Wortschatz besitzt, der uns oft zum Schmunzeln gebracht hat. Wir hatten zwei sehr heiße Augustwochen, was etwas herausfordernd war, weil man nachts alle Fenster aufmachen musste, um etwa Kühle zu bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt an der Stichstraße in den Ort und zur Hochsaison ist noch viel Zweiradverkehr bis in die Nacht, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Bei kühlerem Wetter sollte das kein Thema sein, weil man durch die geschlossenen Fenster nicht viel hört. Besonders schön sind der Balkon und die Außenterrasse, die im Osten und Westen liegen. Die Kombi ermöglicht es, dass man immer der prallen Sonne ausweichen kann. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Unterkunft sind vorbildlich. Sant'Andrea bezaubert dadurch dass es sich viel Ursprüngliches erhalten hat und einen sehr schönen Strand hat. Wir können einen Urlaub hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questa casa all'insegna del relax grazie alla sua posizione in una zona tranquilla, circondata dal verde e a pochi minuti dal mare. La casa è ben arredata, dotata di tutto quello che può servire a rendere comodo e piacevole il soggiorno. La pulizia è impeccabile. Un ampio spazio esterno arredato e recintato è stato molto apprezzato anche dal nostro cagnolino. Il signor Anselmo e sua moglie, signora Franca, sono due persone eccezionali, gentili, cordiali, disponibili e molto simpatiche. Grazie anche a loro abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. Grazie di tutto !!!

Vacanza stupenda. Anselmo e sua moglie sono persone splendide: disponibili, gentili, simpaticissimi. La casa è circondata dal verde (impossibile non rilassarsi), molto carina, attrezzata e super pulita (mai trovato una casa tenuta così bene). Il parcheggio privato è comodo e attaccato a casa. La doccia grande è una chicca. Bellissima!!!

Zeer goed, spijtig dat er geen airco is, meestal lukt het wel maar bij weinig wind en hoge temperatuur niet te doen. Tip: als je naar San Andrea gaat, ga dan bij aankomst in Portoferraio eerst naar de supermarkt, in het westelijk deel van het eiland zijn er alleen maar heel kleine winkeltjes.

Insgesamt stimmiges Gesamtpaket
Wir waren in der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist groß, auch der Aussenbereich, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Anselmo und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hätten wir besser italienisch gekonnt, hätten wir uns noch besser austauschen können. Es ist eine Wohneinheit mit insgesamt 3 Parteien. Eine Wohneinheit grenzt direkt an die gemietete Unterkunft an, was aber nicht sehr gestört hat. Es kann aber sein, dass die Nachbarn durch den eigenen Aussenbereich zu ihrem Auto laufen (auch wenn sie das nicht müssten). Parkplatz ist ebenfalls direkt beim Haus. Sant'Andrea ist ein sehr hübscher kleiner Ort, man kann zum Strand laufen, es hat aber ordentlich Steigung (auf dem Rückweg). Restaurants und Supermarkt vor Ort. Das Haus liegt an der einzigen Zugangsstraße in einer Kurve, so dass Verkehr gehört wird. Dieser ebbt aber in den Abendstunden deutlich ab und nachts ist es ruhig. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne kleine Wonung.
Wunderbar. Die Wohnung hat Balkon und Terasse. 5 Min. zum Meer über Treppen. Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt. Somit ist der Hund sicher. Das Auto steht ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück. Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls auf Grundstück. Uns dreien hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen

Traumhaft schön mit 5 Sternchen
Das Örtchen liegt in einem grünen Tal. Von der Unterkunft ist das Meer gut zu erreichen und die kleinen Strände sehr abwechslungsreich. Man kann schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Die kleine Wohnung hat alles, von Terrasse bis zur Geschirrspülmaschine. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Super Apartment with sea view, close to the Beach
This little apartment is great to have a nice holiday close to the sandy beach of Sant Andrea. Anselmo and his wife making an awesome job hosting guests. The apt was very clean, comfortable and there was everything you needed to relax and enjoy by the sea. Barbecue, parking slot, parasol, sun lounger… Everything! Thanks for making this week unforgettable! We would always come back to this beautiful island and sunny Sant Andrea!

La location è molto bella, eravamo in 2 e l'appartamento sembrava fatto su misura per noi, di recente ristrutturato, pulitissimo e gestito da fantastici proprietari, che dire lo consiglio. La verve di Anselmo e la cortesia di Franca fanno da contorno ad una bellissima vacanza.

INDIMENTICABILE!!!
In questa proprietà abbiamo trascorso delle vacanze meravigliose sia per il contesto in cui si trova la casa che per come siamo stati accolti e trattati dai proprietari. La casa è molto curata, pulita e confortevole, avendo in dotazione lavastoviglie, lavatrice e tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare. Veramente non manca di nulla, ha persino un frullatore ad immersione e un tostapane. E che dire dei proprietari gentilissimi soprattutto Anselmo con il suo limoncino e i suoi consigli per visitare al meglio l'isola. Consigliamo a tutti questa location. Noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!!
