Klein appartement in een netjes appartementengebouw, half uurtje lopen naar het uitgaansgebied. Flink aan de prijs. Let bij in- en uitchecken heel goed op de eventuele gebreken, leg alle vlekjes, scheurtjes, loszittende of klemmende onderdelen of andere mankementen goed vast. Wij hadden een vervelende discussie over het terugkrijgen van de (stevige) borg

Das Wohnung ist gut gelegen und man kann alles - insbesondere den Strand und die Promenade" zu Fuss erreichen. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung.

I entered this apartment to find the bathroom had not been cleaned; the tub was full of hair (which the landlord claimed as hers when I showed her photos, as if that makes it better) and the sinks had very clearly not been cleaned either. The response to my complaints about a lack of cleaning in the bathroom, a room I find essential to be thoroughly cleaned upon my arrival at any property I rent, especially during a global pandemic, was disappointing. I was told that the kitchen had been cleaned for hours and that the bathroom wasn’t that bad. Will not be attempting to stay here again, didn’t stay here this time; I booked myself into a hotel without staying a single night.

Chouette appartement mais quelques détails à améliorer
L'appartement est bien situé et l'emplacement de parking dans l'immeuble est un vrai plus. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour mais avons cependant rencontré quelques problèmes de logistique: 1 jeu de clefs pour 4 personnes, pas de connection internet (celle proposée est celle de la commune de Knokke), pas de poêle, des ampoules cassées, pas de crochet pour pendre les draps de bain et pas de porte-manteau. En ce qui concerne l'esthétique des lieux: il n'y a rien à redire, si ce n'est un placard non peint dans le hall d'entrée et un mur à moitié détapissé à la suite d'un dégât des eaux survenu il y a, apparemment, quelques temps déjà.

Un peu déçue du logement
Nous sommes déçu car l’annonce n’est pas totalement vrai. Nous n’avions pas d’internet dans le logement, nous devions prendre nos draps et il n’y avait pas de poêle pour cuisiner...L’appartement était propre (pas de lampe dans le frigo, un des deux chauffage en panne, l’armoire du hall pas peinte et aucun endroit pour pendre nos veste, nos essuies). l’accueil était bien et la propriétaire gentille.

Ons verlof te Knokke
Was super.... aangenaam appartement met parking in het gebouw. Op enkele passen van de zeedijk. Bakker, slager, viswinkel .... in de nabije omgeving. Vatbaar voor herhaling.

Schöne Küche, ansonsten enttäuschend
Wir hatten dieses Objekt für eine Woche gebucht. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung der Wohnung machten einen modernen und freundlichen Eindruck. Der Urlaub begann mit einem Telefonat mit der Vermieterin zwecks Absprache des Übernahmetermins. Das Gespräch gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da die Vermieterin kein deutsch spricht, obwohl es so in der Anzeige beschrieben war. Auch wußte die Vermieterin nichts von der Bereitstellung von Handtüchern und Bettzeug, was ebenfalls in der Anzeige stand. Wir haben diese Sachen schließlich selbst mitgebracht. Im Eingangsbereich fanden wir einen hässlichen unfertigen Schrank, der noch nicht gestrichen bzw. tapeziert war, vor. In dem sehr kleinen Badezimmer funktionierte die Spiegelschrankbeleuchtung nicht (beide Birnen defekt). Ebenso ist hier kein einziger Handtuchhaken vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch sehr klein und nüchtern und hat ein großes Doppelbett, in das man aber nur von einer Seite einsteigen kann. Die offene Küche ist das eigentliche Highlight der Wohnung, allerdings war der Arbeitsbereich nicht beleuchtet, weil hier alle 3 Spots fehlten. Ebenso funktionierte ein Teil der Beleuchtung über dem Esstisch nicht. Der Boden war in der gesamten Wohnung mit dicken Staubflocken bedeckt, und man weiß nicht, warum man viel Geld für die Endreinigung bezahlt. So viel zur Funktion und Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Aber auch ein Fernseher ohne einen einzigen deutschen Kanal ist für uns uninteressant, ebenso wie ein ungesichertes langsames WLAN Netz. Wir konnten uns in dieser Wohnung nicht erholen und sind 3 Tage vorher abgereist. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass wir die ersten Gäste in diesem Jahr waren und die Wohnung vollkommen unvorbereitet war. Einen Stern gibt es für die gute Lage der Wohnung, den zweiten für die schöne Küche.
