Ancient charming residence in the medieval village ...

In an ancient village of Garfagna. prestigious palace finely restored and furnished, with beautiful arched lodges from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Apuan Alps and the valley.
Private panoramic swimming pool (m7.5 x 5.5 x 1.60) in the front garden.
The house is on three floors: on the first floor a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen and dining room with fireplace, a panoramic terrace where to have lunch, a toilet; on the ground floor a living room, a bedroom with double and single bed, a bathroom with shower; on the second floor a bedroom with three single beds and a private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a panoramic terrace.
There is also a room used as a laundry.
The parking is public and free and is located in the town square a few steps from the house, for loading and unloading of luggage you can get in front of the entrance door of the villa.
The village is a small medieval mountain village. In the village there is a food bar. The region of the Garfagnana is characterized by beautiful landscapes, lush nature, countries and places of historical interest, good Italian cuisine with typical local products.
It is possible to book a typical dinner delivered expressly at home.

Wonderful week om heatperiode
We loved our stay at this fantastic place in the small village in the tuscany mountains. We had a really hot stay, so the pool area was very used 👍 The host Giulia was very friendly and assisted us when needed. Olga served us dinner one evening and it was exotic for us scandinavians and really delicious. The property was very well planned for us, 6 scandinavians. Thank you a lot for the stay 👍😀

"Haar ouders hebben ons z...
"Haar ouders hebben ons zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en ons naar het huis begeleid. Het ruime huis was sfeervol ingericht, vanaf het zwembad (goed onderhouden maar wel erg koud!) en de terrassen hadden we een prachtig uitzicht (dag & nacht). Het enige nadeel was de bereikbaarheid: een lange steile slingerweg naar boven waar geen eind aan leek te komen, om vervolgens met onze stationwagen met veel lef het piepkleine dorpje en haar smalle steegjes getrotseerd en het huis (ingesloten tussen de omliggende buren) weten te bereiken. Er zijn geen parkeerplaatsen voorzien bij het huis, we hebben het geluk gehad dat een van de buren met verlof was. Het huis heeft veel trappetjes en opstapjes. Voor ons gezin was het geen probleem, maar met hele kleine kinderen of mensen die minder goed ter been zijn is het huis geen aanrader. Met onze kinderen en vrienden hebben we een fijne vakantie gehad, het zwembad erbij was een grote troef! Echt een must: Castelnuovo Garfagnana Indicatie reistijd: Luca - 1 uur rijden, Florence - 2 uur rijden. "

"Très belle maison dans u...
"Très belle maison dans un cadre magnifique (l''accès en voiture est assez difficile : il vaut mieux laisser la voiture en haut du village aux rues très étroites, d''où une belle montée à pied pour en sortir). L''absence de lave-vaisselle est un peu pénible pour une si grande maison, donc beaucoup de convives. Très bien équipée au niveau sanitaire (2 sdb, 1 s de douche, 4 WC). Les matelas sont très très mous. Enfin il faut savoir que la piscine a 1,60 m de profondeur partout sauf 3 marches dans 1 des coins, ce qui lui permet de rester fraiche mais est parfois un peu stressant avec des jeunes enfants"

"Wij vonden dit huis gele...
"Wij vonden dit huis gelegen in een klein dorpje in de bergen zeer authentisch qua sfeer. Het huis is ruim met vele kamers en 2 terrassen waarvan je een prachtig vergezicht hebt. De inrichting is smaakvol landelijk Italiaans met antieke meubels. Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit huis en zijn ligging. Het zwembad was een grote troef voor de kinderen. Hier in de bergen, in die kleine dorpjes met hun nauwe straatjes, omringd door bossen van kastanjebomen voel je nog de middeleeuwen. Er heerst een traagheid die ontspant en omarmt, ideaal om te ontsnappen aan de jachtigheid van een stedelijk bestaan. "

Une belle maison de type ...
Une belle maison de type coloniale surplombant une jolie piscine et une vue panoramique magnifique. Les pièces sont spacieuses et le mobilier en bois d'époque. De belle cheminées ornes plusieurs salles. Par contre, le confort reste rudimentaire dans les équipemenents électro-ménager et ustensiles de cuisines. Il manque également un petit jardin pour s'offrir des parties barbecue. La situation géographique en montagne est quelque pu contraignante pour les visites. A part ces petits bémols, nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour au sein de cette maison dont le charme est indiscutable. Avec nos salutations les plus sincères aux propriétaires.

"La casa è stata consegnata pulita ed in perfetto ordine. Molto gentili i padroni di casa. Il contesto in cui è ubicata è meraviglioso: un paese tipico, dove il silenzio regna sovrano, e con un paesaggio mozzafiato che si può ammirare dai terrazzi. Molto carina e ben tenuta anche la piscina con il suo angolo di verde."
