An oasis in central Arcachon

Ideally located for access to everything in central Arcachon (beach, boats, shopping, Ville d'hiver, fabulous produce market, restaurants) yet miraculously quiet. The apartment is spacious, bright, airy, and comfortable (except for the bed pillows). We enjoyed the stereo. The owner, who guided us in to the convenient and secure garage parking, could have been clearer about the extra charges for linens (which should include pillow cases).

Top Lage

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet in bester Lage. Tiefgaragenstellplatz um die Ecke, Strand, Restaurants etc. in der Nähe. Die Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans l'appartement de Mr et Mme Jansen. Appartement très bien situé en plein centre-ville et proche de la plage. Rien ne manque et tout est parfait. Super accueil de la part des propriétaires. Un gros plus la place de parking située juste à côté de l'appartement. Superbe location.

Magnifique séjour

Belle découverte de la région ! On a adoré. L’appartement se trouvant en plein centre facilite l’organisation des activités (plage, balade, course, bateau…). Situation idéale ! Je recommande cet appartement spacieux et lumineux, une belle terrasse en prime et au calme. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. À découvrir !

Séjour parfait!

Une semaine de vacances avec le soleil en prime ce quo ne gache rien, en avril 2024, dans ce superbe appartemment en plein centre ville, a quelques mètres de la plage et de tous les commerces. Appartement tres lumineux tres grand et fonctionnel (il ne manque rien) avec une magnifique terrasse où l'on peut déjeuner ou se reposer. Nous sommes ravis et nous reviendrons! Hôtes tres gentils a l'écoute et disponibles que nous recommandons vivement 😉

1 semaine sur Arcachon

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine sur Arcachon, appartement très bien situé en centre ville, proche des commerces et de la plage. l'appartement est très agréable et lumineux. Bien reçus par les hôtes, Mme et Mr JANSEN. Nous vous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un séjour qui fut très appréciable pour nous avec nos 3 petits enfants.

Deuxième séjour au top chez Monsieur et Madame Jansen!!

Une semaine Arcachonnaise relaxante dans ce bel et grand appartement lumineux très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces, marché, cinéma, plage. Balades à pied en bord de mer, restos sympas un peu partout, shopping, visites des villages ostreicoles et découverte du ravissant lac de Cazaux, sans oublier l'accueil simple et chaleureux de Monsieur et Madame Jansen. Alors on espère revenir une 3e fois... pour la gentillesse de nos hôtes et pour la beauté du lieu

Location au centre ville ,tous commerces tres proche ainsi que la plage,tout peut se faire à pied. Rien ne manque dans cette location très propre,literie parfaite,un plus avec parking privé à proximité. Je recommande cette location.

Parfait!

C’est la troisième fois que nous louons cet appartement pour nos vacances familiales. Et nous reviendrons! Tout est parfait du début à la fin. Les propriétaires sont très aidant et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. L’appartement calme est très agréable avec tout le confort moderne et beaucoup d’extras. Son emplacement en plein centre Arcachon est d’un grand atout ainsi que la place de parking incluse. Rien à redire. Une perle rare.

Formidable séjour à Arcachon

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment à Arcachon. Cet appartement spacieux et lumineux est idéalement situé à deux pas des commerces du centre ville et de la plage, dans un environnement calme avec un coin terrasse-salon extérieur sans vis à vis pour des repas conviviaux. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. La prise en charge du nettoyage et la fourniture optionnelle du linge de maison sont un vrai plus. Un parfait point de chute pour nos futurs séjours.

Bel appartement emplacement idéal

L’emplacement de ce très beau T3 est idéal. Pas besoin de voiture, on peut tout faire à pied ! La plage est à 50 mètres et le logement est en plein centre d’Arcachon avec ses belles rues commerçantes et son marché. L’appartement est grand, joliment décoré et propre. Il ne manque rien ! Tout est bien pensé et très pratique. Il y a un grand dressing où on trouve des parasols pour la plage, des transats, des paniers, un caddie pour les courses et plusieurs choses très pratique. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec machine à laver fer à repasser et étendoir à linge. Dans la cuisine aussi il ne manque rien ! Dans la chambre parentale, un grand placard avec beaucoup de cintres et une grande commode. Le plus est la jolie terrasse en bois ornées de belles plantes avec un coin détente et une grande table pour 6 personnes. Sans oublier qu’il y a une place de parking très proche de l’appartement donc aucun problème de stationnement. Allez y les yeux fermés ! La propriétaire est à l’écoute, disponible et communique des adresses de restau sympa. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine et par chance le soleil et la chaleur étaient au rendez-vous. Idéalement situé en centre-ville et à deux pas de la plage, l’appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel, et de surcroît au calme. La place de parking privée est également très appréciable en centre-ville. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter!

Très belle appartement

L'appartement est idéalement situé, confortable et équipé pour passer un excellent séjour. Un axe d'amélioration est de fournir les serviettes et les draps mais nous le savions avant de partir. Ne pas hésiter, c'est un très bon plan pour passer un excellent moment à Arcachon.

On a passé un séjour très agréable. L'appartement est très lumineux ! A noter : la wifi fonctionne très bien ce qui peut être vraiment pratique si vous devez télétravailler.

Appartement à réserver sans hésiter

Nous venons de passer une très belle semaine. L'appartement est idéalement situé à moins de100m de la mer et de la place du marché, proche de tous commerces et de la jetée Thiers, d'où partent les navettes pour Cap Feret (20/25mn) et le grand tour de l'ile aux oiseaux (2h). L'appartement est très propre, agréable à vivre, spacieux, lumineux, au calme et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour déjeuner. Le bonus est la place de parking réservée. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et reviendrons sans aucune hésitation si l'occasion se présente. Nous remercions M. Jansen pour son accueil.

découverte du bassin d'arcachon

très bel appartement , très bien situé au centre ville , proche des commerces et à 3 mn à pied des halles . 100m de la plage et du boulevard de front de mer . très calme car en retrait de la rue , cosy et clair en dépit d'une météo maussade durant notre séjour .Accueil très sympa des propriétaires .

Séjour parfait

L'appartement idéalement placé permet de découvrir à pied le centre d'Arcachon. La place de parking est un atout supplémentaire dans une ville touristique. L'appartement bien agencé ne réserve aucune surprise. Je remercie la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux.
