Great visit!

We enjoyed our stay - it was a birthday getaway and we wanted to relax which is exactly what we did. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere - especially when the traffic was crazy! Lots of great food places within easy walking distance. Our favorite thing about this condo? The shower! It was the best shower with great water pressure!

Great little condo!

The condo was accurate with it's description. The king sized bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing! We loved that it was close to multiple restaurants and activities.

A nice homey place

I loved that they had a wood burning fireplace...it was on the other side of Gatlinburg than I usually stay but that was a good thing when leaving town and the general store nearby was very convenient! I'm very much wanting to stay there again!

Cozy and clean

We came to Gatlinburg for a little weekend get away and to enjoy the Christmas lights and parade. The condo was in a really great location for walking the strip and there were restaurants and shops nearby. It was nestled back away from all the traffic and people along the main strip so that was nice as well. The inside was very nicely and appropriately decorated for its location and the bed was comfortable and inviting. Only issues we had at all was the hot water wasn’t working correctly at the time we stayed there so no hot shower for those cold nights. The other issue was the heat just couldn’t seem to keep up with those really cold temperatures. We managed ok though and if it wasn’t for my allergies we could have had a fire in the fireplace to help with that. The host was very prompt with communication and very personable and caring. Only thing missing for us was a hot tub or jacuzzi. All in all though wonderful place to stay for the price and convenience. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Gatlinburg trip

The condo met our number one goal; it was convenient to the Parkway for walking around Gatlinburg on our first ever visit. I was disappointed in the complex, but the condo itself was cozy and comfortable.

Quiet, clean condo

This condo, as are all of Sandy and Matt's condos, was very clean throughout. Everything was just as presented on VRBO website. I always enjoy my visits here. It is close to the strip for shopping and dining, and for me the proximity to the park.

Excellent location to the trolley.

Perfect for long weekend

Cute decorations. Just enough space for the two of us. We attended a 3 day concert at the convention center so we were out late. It was a quick walk there. Found we could cut through the parking garage behind the condo. 😀. We did not get to use the pool.

A big thing is the hot tub or lack of one. The back patio door doesn’t lock and the air mattress has a leak; everything else was outstanding!
