Maison pour weekend chill

Nous avons pris cette maison pour nous réunir. Nous étions 12 adultes, les couchages étaient suffisant. Nous avons reçu 2/3 personnes l'après midi pour le goûter et le séjour était suffisamment grand pour ça. C'était un séjour très agréable.

Séjour très agréable au sein de la villa. Maison idéal pour des vacances entre amis. Propriétaire très disponible et réactif en cas de nécessité. Quelques observations nous concernant : - il faut traverser une chambre pour accéder à celle de l étage (l ajout de précision dans l annonce serait un plus) - une clôture entre la terrasse et la piscine serait un plus pour les enfants en bas âge Nous recommandons cette location

Le propriétaire à une très belle maison mais dommage pour la propreté la conciergerie ne fait pas bien le ménage nous avons laissé la maison plus propre que quand on est rentré. Cela n'est pas normal. Cordialement,

Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 semaines très agréable sur place. Le temps était encore très bon sauf 1 jour , de temps en temps avec du vent mais qui faisait du bien et nous avons profité de la piscine un peu froide malgré tout !

Un peu déçu

Les photos figurant sur votre site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. La literie est très moyenne. L'escalier de meunier qui mène à une des chambres est dangereux. La très petite salle de douche + WC est sans porte et inaccessible aux personnes d'un certain âge. La cuisine manque cruellement d'un petit rafraîchissement. En résumé, pour 11 personnes : une seule salle de bains… literie moyenne… Ce séjour ne nous laissera pas un souvenir inoubliable de Cuges les Pins.

Séjour conforme à nos attente!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille dans la Villa. Le village, la villa et ses alentours étaient conformes à nos attentes. Les chambres, la cuisine et le salon sont bien équipés. Attention à la chaleur la nuit dans certaines chambres. La piscine, très agréable, a fait le bonheur des petits (et des grands). Seul bémol, l'absence d'alarme dans la piscine pour la baignade des plus jeunes. On remercie chaleureusement Mr Spagnolo pour son accueil, sa disponibilité ainsi que sa discrétion. Il a eu la gentillesse de nous prêter son véhicule le premier jour pour les courses!! Je conseillerai cette adresse, et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Schönes Objekt, der Ort Cuges ist aber nicht toll, Ortskern herunter gekommen, kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Besitzer kommt manchmal über den Hintereingang ins Objekt, das ist nicht immer angenehm.

Une villa conviviale au coeur de la Provence

Nous avons loué la Villa avec des amis et on a passé un excellent séjour. Les extérieurs sont parfait pour partager un verre ou un repas, parfaitement orienté face au soleil. A l'intérieur, la cheminée et le canapé en angle vous offriront du confort et des moments de convivialité lorsque le mistral se lève dehors. Les chambres sont parfaitement aménagées pour accueillir 10 personnes avec dans chaque chambre une ambiance et une décoration différente. L'emplacement idéal de la maison vous permettra de visiter Cassis, Marseille et la Ciotat à 30 minutes de la Villa. Enfin l'accueil, la réactivité et la disponibilité de Monsieur Spagnolo offre des conditions idéales pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour en famille ou avec des amis. Vous y serez bien !

Trés bon qualité prix

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine a CUGES LES PINS La maison est confortable et dans un endroit très silencieux Le propriétaire était là a notre arrivée et nous avons été très bien recu une personne qui s est préoccupé de savoir si tout allez bien.Seul bémol piscine non chauffée mais li proprio était entrain de faire le necessaire

Beautiful villa in a lovely location

We stayed here at the end of August, 4 adults and 6 children, we all had a wonderful time. The villa is perfect. Clean spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Mr Spagnolo was very accommodating. We had a bit of a disaster when we first arrived in France, we had planned to stay half way between Calais and cuges-les-pins but when we arrived I hadn’t completed the booking. I contacted Mr Spagnoto quite late that night and asked if we were able to come straight to the villa a day early as we had nowhere to stay, he was always very quick to reply to any queries. He was very helpful and welcomed us. He came the next day to check we had settled in and everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this villa and would definitely come back. Thank you for a great holiday.
