Solide,ordentliche Ferienwohnung. Ausgestattet mit allem notwendigen. Ruhige Lage. Zentrum von Sirmione,sowie zahlreiche Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Grundsätzlich gut, aber nicht mit kleinen Kindern
Die Ferienwohnung ist grundsätzlich schön und gut geeignet für Paare oder Familien mit 1-2 älteren Kindern. Wir waren mit unserer 10-monatigen Tochter dort und fanden die Wohnung hierfür jedoch nicht geeignet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre ganz gut, aber ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Leider war die Ausstattung nicht wirklich kindergerecht. Ein Kinderbett ist zwar vorhanden, passt aber nur ins Schlafzimmer, wenn man die Möbel verrückt. Sehr viele bodentiefe Steckdosen, Schubladen, Geräte (WLAN, Fernseher), so dass man das Kind permanent im Auge haben muss. Außerdem hat während unseres kompletten Aufenthalts der Aufzug nicht funktioniert, so dass wir Kind und Kinderwagen mehrmals täglich hoch- und runtertragen mussten. Die Sauberkeit war schlecht, v.a. für Kinder. Der Dreck der Vorgänger wurde nur in die Ecken gekehrt, so dass unsere Tochter schon wenige Minuten nach der Ankuft eine Glasscherbe entdeckt hat. Der Pool an sich war sauber, aber auf dem Gras vor dem Pool war häufig Hundekot. Check-in und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war in Ordnung, außer die nicht gehaltene Zusage,dass der Aufzug "morgen" repariert werden soll. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Je nachdem, wer obendrüber wohnt, ist es herrlich ruhig oder nervig laut. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts beides erleben dürfen. Alles in Allem ist die Wohnung durchaus zu empfehlen, aber vor allem für Paare ohne kleine Kinder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Luft nach oben
Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnungsbesitzerin vor Ort. Sie hat uns freundlich begrüßt und gleich die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt… auf Italienisch! Sie spricht kein Englisch was aber im Inserat so steht. Egal! Hab es mit Google Übersetzer versucht aber sie redete einfach drauf los.😀 Mussten dann schauen wie was funktioniert. Auch das mit dem Müll hat sie uns zwar versucht zu erklären aber hatte wir nur halb verstanden. Dazu muss man den ganzen Müll eine Straße weiter tragen und dort dann mit einem Chip registrieren und dann kann man die Tonne öffnen.Auch als Camper hat mich das etwas gestört. Der Balkon ist schön groß es stehen 2 Liegen drauf 2Stühle und 1 kleiner Beistelltisch. Wie will ich da draußen frühstücken? Wir haben dann den Tisch von drinnen raus gestellt und die ganzen 14 Tage dort stehen lassen. Klimaanlage sind 2St. Vorhanden und die haben auch zum Glück funktioniert. Besteck könnte etwas mehr sein damit sich die Spülmaschine auch rentiert. Sauber war es soweit wobei dies jeder etwas anderes empfindet! Pool war leider nur mit Badekappe zu benutzen aber das geht schon mal. Zum Strand zum Baden ist man zu Fuß ca. 10-15min. Unterwegs. Die Gegend ist recht ruhig und ca. 20m weiter gibt es die beste Pizza und das auch noch sehr günstig. Ach, da war dann noch das mit der Steckdose: Da gibt es eine Stecktosenleiste die für unsere Stecker ausgelegt sind, die anderen nur mit Adapter! Sollte man auch vorher wissen! Kleine Dinge die störend sind, schnell zu beheben.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und die Unterkunft hat definitiv dazu beigetragen. Es war ein sauberes gemütliches Apartment. Es war alles da um eine schöne Zeit dort zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation vor Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes waren prima. Parkplatz war vorhanden. Großer Balkon. Schöner Pool. Saubere gepflegte Anlage. Desertieren ein Riesen Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Tankstelle. Eine super Pizza innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen.

Rundum zufrieden
Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen im Appartement und waren rundum zufrieden! Ausreichend Platz und eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. - 2 Liegen, 2 Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon. - Küche ausgestattet mit 4 Gasplatten, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Kapselmaschine, Toaster,... Einziges kleines Manko: Es gibt recht wenig Geschirr/Besteck; bei vier Personen musste man einige Sachen nach jedem Essen spülen. - Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, sogar Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit Bett/Couch und haben gut geschlafen. Bettwäsche muss selber mitgebracht werden, Einziehdecken liegen im Schrank. (besser Bettlaken statt Spannbetttücher mitnehmen, denn es sind keine 90x200m Matratzen) - ausreichend großer Pool (mit Badekappenpflicht) zum Schwimmen Zum Kiesstrand sind es 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Hätte bei der Übergabe gerne eine Person Dabei gehabt. Nicht nur per WhatsApp ein paar Infos. So war es am Anfang sehr stressig. So etwas will ich im Urlaub nicht. PKW Stellplatz So klein,und gegenüber parken Autos. Ohne meine Frau währe ich nicht aus dem Parkplatz rausgekommen. Keine Info wohin mit dem hausmüll ,und kein Deutscher Fernsehsender. Abends bei schlechtem Wetter nicht schön. Keine deutsche Verständigung. Mußte meinen Sohn in Deutschland dazu schalten. Wurde eigentlich anders vorgestellt.

Saubere, guteingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist von der Aufteilung sehr schön. Der Balkon lag jetzt (Anfang Oktober) leider im Schatten. Im Sommer bestimmt sehr gut. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sie hatte alles was man braucht.

gepflegtes Haus
sehr gepflegtes Haus und Wohnung. Haben uns wohlgefühlt bis auf die Baderegeln sind etwas streng. Sonst war aber alles in Ordnung und man kann auch einiges zu Fuß erreichen.

An excellent apartment in a great part of Sirmione
A fully equipped apartment, it had everything we needed. Great size bedroom, fully equipped kitchen for when we wanted to cook. Great pool area and we were very close to several restaurants and the wonderful lake. Only downside was it could use more balcony furniture

Super lækker lejlighed
Der kunne godt have været nogle bedre møbler på terassen/altanen ellers rigtig skøn lejlighed den ligger i et dejligt roligt kvarter.
