BEAUTIFUL large recently remodelled 6 Bed Villa with Pool & Spa on Hampton Lakes

*** Welcome to our executive 6 bed 4 bath villa which has been remodelled, refurbished and upgraded to an excellent standard in 2023.

We completed many upgrades on our vacation home, we re-carpeted throughout the downstairs of the villa and the stairs. We had granite worktops put in the kitchen along with a new sink and tap, new stainless steel appliances were also added and the kitchen was painted in white. The villa was painted including the gamesroom and downstairs bathrooms. We also put a new pool table in there.
We added two new leather sofa's and cocktail table in the living room.
We put new bedroom furniture sets in three of the six bedrooms, white linens and towels throughout all rooms.
We also power washed and painted the pool decking.
The downstairs master bathroom was also tiled and all the white doors and kickboards were glossed in white.

The pictures of the villa that are here online were taken this year 2023, I do hope you like the look of our newly remodelled home and you will be very welcome to stay with us.

The villa is located near Disney and sleeps up to 16 guests, it has a total of 6 bedrooms but 4 have US Kingsize beds, 3 of them are mastersuites with en-suite bathrooms, a private southwest facing 30ft pool, spa, gardens, fenced yard for privacy, gamesroom, 55' LED TV in the living room, 42' LED TV'S in the King master bedrooms and 32' LED TV'S in all the other bedrooms, free FOIS Wifi, premium cable TV package and many more extra's. This is just a few of the amenities you get in the villa.

Our home is the complete ultimate in luxury and certainly offers you the very best in quality whilst you are here on your vacation.
The villa is located on a very prestigious private development only 15/20 minutes from Disney and 25/30 minutes from all the other Orlando attractions including restaurants and shops.

The house sleeps up to 16 guests and is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Florida have to offer.

It is situated on a large corner lot and is very spacious with 3300 sq ft of living space inside. The house is very impressive, you can park 4 vehicles on the driveway..

There is a large open plan living room which has a leather sofa, 55' LED TV and DVD player, premium cable TV with an exclusive package which includes all movies and sports channels and doors onto the pool deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all crockery, glasses for both inside and outside, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
The dining room has a table and six chairs, it can seat eight people if needed.

There are 2 large master bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs you will find a further 4 large spacious bedrooms, one of which is a mastersuite.

The pool area is one of the biggest on the development and is truly magnificent. The large private pool faces south-west so it has the sun on it 365 days of the year. There is a large covered lanai that is 18ft x 10ft in size. There is a separate in ground spa.
The decking is 40ft x 35ft, so no matter how many guests are at the house, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. On the decking we have put luxury sunbeds with new pads, reclining chairs with foot stools, table and chairs.

The rear garden/yard around the pool area is partially fenced in so you are semi private and not completely overlooked.

There is a games room that has in it a pool table, air hockey table and a corner leather sofa.

The villa has free high speed FOIS WiFi so you can use your laptop, iPhone, iPad or iPods within the villa or on the pool decking.
We also provide free of charge, high chairs and cribs/cots for you to use if you need them.

We are the owners of this house and we have been since it was built. We have tried to make our home that perfect vacation destination for you, your family and friends. We look forward to speaking with you all very soon.

We do have several other Disney Orlando Villas if you need more than one vacation home. We do have another 6 bedroom villa that is directly opposite this one and they are side by side.

Great Experience!

My family and I enjoyed our stay!! The owner is super professional and the property manager responds very fast! We had a problem with our pool not being heated and the pool tech came and fixed it the following day. The house is huge, clean, omg it is amazing for your family!! I will book it again!

Perfect night

This property was nice, quiet, spacious, clean and private. Although we stayed for only one night, the property was cozy and entry was easy. We did not use the pool, which was an extra charge, but enjoyed the patio area. We had no problems or complaints that required communication with the property owner. We would book again.

Vacation Home away from home

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing 6 bedroom house in Florida, and it exceeded all our expectations! The house is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for accommodating a big family like ours. The game room was a hit with both kids and adults, providing hours of entertainment. The neighborhood is lovely and felt very safe, plus the proximity to all the theme parks was incredibly convenient. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool - it's even bigger in person, offering a refreshing escape from the Florida heat. Having stores and restaurants nearby made our stay even more enjoyable, as we could easily grab anything we needed. Overall, our family had a fantastic time and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway in Florida!"

Loved the Game Room

There were lots of amenities, which was nice. The location was great. The beds were super comfortable. Place was clean. There were TVs but I don't think there was any cable package. You need to make sure you know your email/user name and passwords to use the Roku box. There is internet, but it is unsecured. Maintenance could be improved. There were some bugs upstairs. (Having lived in FL, that is going to happen.) The manager got the bug guys out SAME DAY to take care of them. There weren't enough washcloths for each person to have one. The dishwasher did not work. The lanai screens had many screens that were ripped, torn. (Not a big deal, unless you think your pet can stay in the back w/o getting out.) There were only 5 chairs at the dining room table. Calls to the management were immediately answered and they offered to come and fix the DW but we were out and about and didn't want to wait around for a repairman. There are basketball courts, but a code is needed to use them. Overall, it was adequate for our needs.

False Advertisement

Miss lead.....picked this house for large pool deck with HOT tub and pool security fence and got neither!!! Was told the fence got broken a long time ago and was never replaced even though it's still in the pictures. Then the HOT tub/spa was anything but hot! We were told that it could not go any higher than 85(which it never even got to). When we looked it was because someone had broken off the button and put a screw in it so it could not be changed. 85° is not a temperature for a hot tub! So we could not use the pool area at all. That was our whole plan for this trip ..set out by the pool and in the hot tub. It was advertised that there were TVs in every bedroom, but 2 were missing and was told by the owner that they were stolen, but never replaced. Pulled out couches to look for missing remote and there was dirt and broken glass behind the couches Several items broken....overhead light in game room, couch leg rests, several areas of screen in the pool area and door to the laundry, which was just leaning against wall in game room. Told to call property manager which they told us to contact owner who in turn told us to contact property manager and eventually got no resolution or help from anyone! Very disappointing vacation and sad because the layout of the house would have worked out well, but was ruined since we couldn't enjoy it like we wanted. VRBO needs to make the owners understand that people plan and save for vacations and really just want what is advertised.

Paid extra for heated pool and didn’t get it, the water was extremely cold even with a hot weather. Patio door was broken so anybody’s around could get in we felt very unsafe. Tried to contact the host several times and no answer same with property manager. Will not recommend to stay there. On top of all that they will ask you for extra money after you book the property for insurance

Enjoyable

We rented this property for 17 of us. It was very roomy for us! Grandkids loved the game room and pool. The only problem we really had was the microwave didn't work and 2 out of 4 burners on the stove didn't work. The washer and dryer were small. Dryer didn't dry clothes well. Although towels were supplied, washcloths were not. Didn't realize there was a big coffee pot so we went and bought one. Need to take your own dish soap and dishwasher tablets. Grill is small for the price you pay to rent it. All in all we would rent here again.

Horrible!

It was the worst experience. As soon as we walked In to the home we noticed the filthy rugs and the bad odor. Walked in to the rooms and the bed sheets had hair and stains . Removed pillow case and they were yellow. Removed the bed sheets and mattresses were broken. We decided to get cleaning supplies, bed sheet covers and something to make it better. However we tried locking the doors and quickly figured in case of a fire the people that stayed home couldn’t get out, because the doors were jammed. We woke up the next morning Thanksgiving day and the house was 85 degrees, we turned off the unit and contacted the emergency contacts left voicemails and till this day no one has contacted us back. Also the microwave did not work. The windows downstair room were also broken. Not safe! We decided to go elsewhere because as a family of 12 with three children, two being asthmatic with the mold around the bathrooms it was the worst experience ever!

Had to change villas 2days in my 5day trip

2 days before my arrival Lee called to tell me he allowed another family to stay in the home I paid for to allow a man w/skin cancer shade by the pool. I'd have to move 2days into my 5 night stay from 1 villa to the other. My son is autistic, my mother is recovering from being hit by a drunk driver, & the villa I rented had the right number of large beds. Uprooting from one villa to another is HORRENDOUS & if we had more time & money, we'd have asked for a full refund in order to get a new villa. The first villa had only 3 tvs working (only 1 of the 3 had cable) & more twin beds then Queen or King. The villa I originally paid for & moved into mid trip smelled. I rolled the rugs & there was toe nails, dirt, & long red confetti strings. Obviously not cleaned below the rugs. I mopped & put the rugs in the hot room with the pool table & the smell got better. Both villas we were placed in were nice size but, a good 3hrs-4hrs packing, moving, making sure the cleaning lady was done, & unpacking all over again including the groceries we had disrupted our schedule and our autistic son thought it was time to go home once he saw everything packed again. Lee emailed me stating he'd give my family a free 4 night stay in any of his villas for the inconvenience but, I have not received a response to my email to make due on booking that free stay.

Very unclean, leak in guest bedroom, infested with bugs in game room,

This place was the most disgusting place I have ever been. The hot tub is not hot. The game room was infested with cockroaches. I have videos and pictures of everything. It was so bad that not only did I leave a day early but also, the first day I arrived I called Vrbo to change houses but I never kept a reception long enough to complete the request! The Wi-Fi did not work we could keep calls without them dropping. This was just the tip of the iceberg of all the things that we went through while in this home. There were tears all throughout the screens and a leak from the shower upstairs to the master bedroom downstairs. We had to put a bowl on the dresser to catch the water. Two of the TVs did not work and when we called the property manager she said she would come and fix it but she never did. There was an issue with the pool and Rick the pool guy came over and was rude and disrespectful and yelled at me and my mom until my brother had to come down and tell him to fix what he needed to fix and to stop talking to us this way. I am absolutely advising that you really look at all the reviews bc although they may give 5 stars they state every single issue that this property has but I was dumb and overlooked each one!! I’ve learned a valuable lesson..Pay attention to reviews! There are reviews about to bug problem, reviews about the leak and reviews about the uncleanliness…THEY ARE ALL TRUE! This house is disgusting. As noted earlier I left a day earlier bc it was unbearable. The towels were disgusting and had spots on them and we requested new ones but they didn’t show up until very late. The owner ended up talking to me and he was super nice but did nothing to accommodate my needs or the disruption of the property in Davenport. My time was completely ruined and I was severely disappointed. I wasted my money and am truly unhappy with everything.

Overall a nice home for the price. Pool was not completely private.

We did not like that the house was located so close to the playground and the privacy fence did not completely enclose the pool. The house wasn’t as clean as I had experienced in a previous Hampton Lakes rental.

Over hyped property

The house is a nice property and in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to almost anything you want or need. The house is definitely big enough to accommodate large parties. The description of the "updated and working amenities" are very much exaggerated. Almost every door handle on the rooms were not operating correctly when it came to locking, or were completely broke. The TV in an upstairs bedroom didn't work and was not hooked up to the cable at all, the pool and hot tube was very cold and no instructions on how to heat either of them. Contacted the property manager regarding the lack of towels to accommodate 12 guests (only 6 some of which are badly stained) and no trash liners. I know this is a self service house, just wished they had in detail mention to bring your own trash bags and towels. The bed frame was also broke in one of the bedrooms. If those few items were brought up to par, this house would be a great rental and I may consider returning to it one day.

Our family family vacation experience .

Just the thought of putting a family vacation together is nerve racking. Now add in some extended family for a total of 10 with the grand children. The last thing you want to worry about is where everyone is gonna stay and sleep. The villa we stayed in took all that worry away and then some. Everyone had there own beds to sleep in some of us had our own bathrooms. The house had an open concept and felt like you had plenty of room to move around and not feel like you was stepping on someone. Screened in pool and hot tub. Very clean when we arrived. Checking in was flawless with the key pad entry. I would definitely recommend checking out Lee Pierce villas for your next vacation to the Orlando area. You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait for our next Disney vacation, I know where I will be staying. Thank you Lee for making our trip more enjoyable.

Spacious house

It was a great resting time for my family. The house is very spacious and comfortable. However, they need to clean better. There is dust in a lot of areas. The carpet needs a deep cleaning same as the bed covers. Regardless, I will recommend the house to my friends and family.

Beautiful home with lots of space

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at your Florida house. It was plenty of room for us, we didn’t even use two of the rooms. We would definitely stay here again. There are several things that I would like to point out though. In my opinion, housekeeping could and should do a better job. There was dog hairs all over the living room rug and all the covers/sheets and mattress overs in the bedrooms. The dog hairs were even on the pool table. The house really needs a good cleaning. The ceiling has lots of dust from not being cleaned(swept) periodically. My family repeatedly got stuck outside of the siding glass door. It kept coming off track and we had a very difficult time getting it opened. I left a message for Dee and Steve regarding this but never heard back. The fence in the back yard has fallen over and really need to be repaired. This could be very dangerous if someone is playing in the back yard. Also, it would be a good idea to put a few more tash cans in the restroom. As a female, it would have really come in handy, I had to use a bag to place my feminine items in and carry it outside throughout the day. Maybe place a few in your downstairs closet for those that may need to use during their stay. Mattress will need to be replaced soon most of them dip/sink in the middle of the bed. Everyone complained about the discomfort of the beds. We pulled the trash bin down Sunday night as instructed; however, the trash person emptied both of the neighbors trash cans and left yours sitting on the curve full of trash. I called the trash company and was told that they would send someone back out that day. If no one shows call back tomorrow. I called again this morning (Tuesday) and was told that someone will be out that day or the next. Not sure if and when they came because our check out is today (Tuesday).

Good space but needs to be kept up better, need new pillows, beds, bug problem, fly traps everywhere

See above. Good space but house needs to be kept up better. Bad bug problem including fly traps everywhere in house hanging from dining room table, pillows are old and flat and beds are hard and stiff.
