Evans House Athinon Apartment is fully renovated ground floor apartment with respect to its more than 100 years old architectural design and a lot of attention to every detail capable of accommodating 2-4 people. It is equipped with a king size double bed with luxurious mattress as well as a two person sofa-bed, big kitchen and bathroom with shower. A luxurious Chania center seaside accommodation.
This is one of the 3 apartments of Evans House. Its main entrance is at the western side of the building facing a traffic-free pedestrian walkway and has private entrance.
All modern facilities are provided, luxury bed mattress, wifi, solar heated boiler, flat TV, A/C unit as well washing machine.
This century old heritage stone house in the heart of the city is fully restored with all modern amenities while keeping its old world charm. Situated in an easy to park street you’ll enjoy being right in the middle of the all the historic and touristic attractions without the road noise.
The space was restored keeping two things in mind, to provide modern amenities and comfort and to maintain the original heritage character of the building. The architect went to great lengths to restore, reuse and recycle much from the original structure, reclaimed wood and original tiles were refitted.

My family and i try to keep the traditional character to our properties and to ourselves since we are born and raised in Chania. We pay a lot of attention to detail, all our properties are renovated with respect to the building's history and architecture.
Our main goal is to help our guests experience the genuine Cretan lifestyle, culture and hospitality. We treat our guests as friends and we always do our best to make their stay in Chania a unique experience.
My wife is a school teacher and we have 4 kids, 3 boys and a girl.
I have a MSC in computer engineering and my main occupation is software analyst developer.

You will really enjoy the property’s location, the area is called “Koum Kapi”, there is a swimmable beach at 50 meters distance and it is a few minutes walk from Chania center, the famous Venetian Old Port as well as many cafeterias and restaurants.
The area of Koum Kapi has the privilege of providing a swimmable beach and it is at a walking distance from the Chania center, Chania Old city, the Venetian Port and all the other Chania city sights. Along the beach there are many high quality cafeterias and restaurants with local cuisine that are open every day from early in the morning until late in the night. Parking is also available at several streets of the area as well as at nearby parking lots.
