Villa Sage was recently built, luxury villa located in the Pinhal Velho area of Vilamoura. Located just a few minutes drive from Vilamoura marina where you will find a casino, shops, restaurants and bars. This property benefits from wireless internet and air-conditioning throughout. The entrance leads to the spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD, Bose surround sound and doors to the pool terraces. The open plan kitchen has a dining area (seats 10) and is fully fitted with all modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, central island and coffee maker. A separate utility room houses the washing machine/dryer. Bedroom one has a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom four has a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom five has twin beds, TV and en-suite bathroom. Outside the large private pool (12 x 5 metres) has a children's section and can be heated against an extra charge. The pool is surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens. There is built-in barbeque and dining set for alfresco dining. Rates include maid service, bed linen and bath towels. Pool towels are provided for guests convenience.
