Villa Pietro is a luxury five bedroom villa located close to roundabout 2 in the prestigious Quinta do Lago resort. This villa has just been renovated in a contemporary style throughout. Quinta do Lago plaza with it's shops, restaurants and bars is a short drive away. All the best golf courses the Algarve has to offer. The beautiful sandy beach is a few minutes by car from the villa. The perfect base for your Algarve holiday! The villa benefits from WiFi internet access, air-conditioning, satellite TV, jacuzzi, gym and private swimming pool (pool heating available). The villa is built over two levels. .Accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows, cable TV (with a wide range of English channels including Sky Sports) and DVD player. Doors lead to the modern kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and hob. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine/tumble dryer. Also on this floor is a gym with steam room. Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the vill aand has twin beds. This bedroom is serviced by an adjacent bathroom. The three remaining bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has twin beds, en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace. Bedroom three has twin beds, en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace. Bedroom four is the master bedroom with large double bed, two en-suite shower rooms and a private terrace overlooking the pool area. On the lower level there is a 5th bedroom with a double bed, natural light and adjacent bathroom. On this level you can find an amazing cinema room. Outside the large private swimming pool can be heated against an extra charge (gas meter reading against a deposit). There is a jacuzzi, table tennis table and pool table located under a terrace. Landscaped gardens surround the villa. A barbeque and dining set is perfect for alfreso dining. Rates include maid service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Quinta do Lago is located 10 minutes drive from Faro airport. Villa Pietro is also close to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas. The town of Almancil with a large selection of shops and restaurants is ten minutes by car. Villa Pietro is located close to Pure Gym (payable locally).
