This area caters for internal dining if required and fully integrated entertainment systems. The covered terraces with professional gas BBQ feature magnificent dining tables enjoying panoramic views by day and the twinkling lights of local fishing boats by night. The living room has full Sky package available, Blue Ray and Bose sound system. There is a guest toilet next to the hallway. The villa is located at the top of a clif overlooking the ocean and the boundries of the property are really on the edge of the cliff, so for security reasons please do not step outside the fenced area. On the edge of the cliff there is a public narrow path so sometimes some intrepid tourists may walk pass.
