Villino Vita. Independent with garden 2 steps from the sea

Immersed in the protected naturalistic oasis of Colostrai, we have a small but welcoming house of recent construction.
It is located exactly between the famous Colostrai pond and the homonymous beach. In the pond you can admire the colony of pink flamingos, herons, knights of Italy, cormorants, etc. The oasis is accessible on foot, but also by bicycle or on horseback, and is perfect for lovers of long walks and bird watching.
The house, of about 40 square meters, is equipped with a double bedroom, bathroom, and living / kitchen area with a double sofa bed. It has a totally independent and fenced 500 sqm garden, and is also located just 300 meters from the beach.
The sea can therefore be reached comfortably on foot in just three minutes. This means being able to decide to access the beach at any time in complete freedom without using the car. So you can enjoy incredible sunrises over the sea, romantic sunsets at the end of the day, and starry nights to admire directly on the sand a few steps from home.
The ideal place to relax and rediscover the pleasure of contact with nature without sacrificing comfort.
Moving a few km you can access many other beautiful beaches of Costa rei, Porto Corallo, Villasimius.
In Muravera (8 km away) you will find everything you need for shopping, restaurants, pizzerias, hospital, shopping or even just a good ice cream.
Camping accessible by bicycle for small daily needs.

Nice and quiet!

Nice little house with a beautiful garden in a very quiet area really close to the beach and even closer to the lagoon with flamingo's! The owners are very friendly and easy to reach if you have questions. We were two adult friends and used both beds which was perfect for us. The house is small, but we were mostly outside because of the beautiful weather. And there was an amzing sunset over the lagoon on our first evening!

Grünes Paradies in Strandnähe

Es war wunderbar, auf der großen Terrasse zu entspannen und auf den grünen Rasen, die Olivenbäume, den Hibiskus ... zu schauen. Sogar ein Zitronenbaum war da! Der wunderbare Strand ist nicht weit entfernt, war nie besonders voll, Sonnenschirme waren in Villino Vita vorhanden. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Essig und Öl, Gewürze oder Kaffee. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist super. Klar, es gibt Mücken, aber im Haus ist man durch die Insektengitter gut geschützt. Gigi und Mery sind wunderbare, freundliche Gastgeber.

Kleines Haus mit schönen Garten

Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben in dem Haus nur geschlafen. Für alles weitere ist es nicht geeignet. Wir waren zu dritt- unser Sohn hat auf einer Couch geschlafen die direkt neben einem sehr alten und lauten Kühlschrank steht. Im ganzen Haus gibt es keine Möglichkeit seinen Koffer auszuräumen. Es fehlt an Schränken- wobei diese auch keinen Platz mehr hätten - alles ist alt und nicht wirklich sauber. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Allerdings mag man da nicht viel Zeit verbringen, weil alle Gärten drumherum ungepflegt ist. Das Haus ist sehr sehr abgelegen . Man benötigt für alles ein Auto - der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Schön ist ( außer der Weg dorthin ) der naturbelassene und fussläufige Strand . Hier kann man abends seine Zeit alleine verbringen.

Ruhig und schön

Super Lage 200m vom Meer entfernt mit wunderschönem Strand, im Herbst fast menschleer. Unterkunft hat soweit alles, was gebraucht wird für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Etwas viele Mücken draussen, aber alle Fenster und Tür mit Mückengitter versehen, darum drinnen im Haus kein Problem.

Stupenda vacanza

Abbiamo passato io e la mia famiglia una bellissima vacanza,ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa era pulitissima è dotata di tutti il necessario,il giardino molto curato aveva un bellissimo prato.Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto di avere 3 docce disponibili anche se alla fine per scelta nostra quella all’interno della casa. In é stata mai usata per evitare sabbia e bagnato sul pavimentoComodissimo il lavandino e il tavolo di appoggio all’esterno per pulire il pesce e preparare grigliate,avendo un grossissimo barbeque in muratura a disposizione abbiamo praticamente grigliata per metà soggiorno.Muravera e supermercati a 10 minuti di macchina quindi nessun problema per spesa un po’ più importante o per altro.incantevole lo stagno dove nelle prime ore della mattina si potevano osservare i fenicotteri rosa ,sempre presenti assieme a altri uccelli.stupendo il tramonto quando il rossore del cielo si specchiava sull’acqua immobile.Ringrazio Luigi e Mary per la calda ospitalità ,due persone genuine sempre disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra.Grazie ancora. Schönes Ferienhäuschen in Strandnähe

Die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses trifft 100 % zu - ruhig, mit sehr schönem Garten, der Nachts bewässert wird und daher grün und blühend ist, nur ca. 5 Minuten von einem sehr schönen und feinsandigem Strand entfernt, der nicht überlaufen ist. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage ist hilfreich besonders wenn die Nächte heiß sind. Die Stromkosten für die AC muss man extra bezahlen, aber das ist voll okay! Das Ehepaar Gigi und Mery sind wunderbare und herzliche Vermieter. Danke für den netten Empfang und auch für die Verabschiedung!! Es war sehr schön bei Euch! Alles Gute, Anette & Harry

Unvergesslich schöner Urlaub 😎☀️

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles an Geschirr, Töpfen, Gewürze etc. vorhanden. Unsere Vermieter waren jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir können einen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen.

Perfektes Urlaubsquartier

Wir haben im Sommer 2020 zwei perfekte Urlaubswochen im Ferienhaus von Gigi und Mery verbracht. Die beiden sind wunderbare Vermieter, so nett und sympathisch! Auch über das Ferienhaus können wir ausschließlich positives berichten. Es gab nichts, was uns gefehlt oder gestört hätte. Eher im Gegenteil! Alles war sogar noch besser, als wir es uns aufgrund des Inserats vorgestellt hatten. Das Haus verfügt über eine schöne Aufteilung für 2-3 Personen, alle (und wirklich ALLE) Utensilien für die Selbstversorgung sind vorhanden, ein Deckenventilator sorgt für ein angenehmes Klima, Insektenschutzgitter und Fensterläden sorgen für erholsame und ruhige Nächte. Herrlich! Auf der fast immer schattigen Terrasse lässt es sich bei den heißen Temperaturen wunderbar aushalten. Und der Garten ist wohl einer der größten Pluspunkte dieser Unterkunft! Nachts werden der Rasen und die Pflanzen über eine Sprenkleranlage gegossen, so dass am Morgen alles frisch und grün ist. Mehrere kleine Bäumchen sorgen für schattige Plätzchen zum Lesen, Spielen, für Fußball, Yoga oder womit man sich sonst noch beschäftigen möchte. Es gibt eine Außendusche und noch ein separates Gebäude mit Waschmaschiene und Dusche + WC (zusätzlich zu denen im Wohnhaus). Alles ist wirklich perfekt und sehr sehr gepflegt!! Auch die Lage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer Art Gartenanlage. Jedes Häuschen steht für sich und trotzdem ist man nicht ganz verlassen. In ca. 5 min erreicht man zu Fuß den herrlichen Sandstrand von Colostrai, weitläufig und nur wenig besucht. Auf der anderen Seite der Gartenanlage befindet sich ein See, an dem Flamingos und andere Vögel leben und beobachtet werden können. Das waren immer wieder malerische Eindrücke für uns. Die Hauptstadt Cagliari erreicht man mit dem Auto in einer guten Stunde. Mindestens ein Ausflug dorthin lohnt sich, denn es ist eine tolle Stadt. Ebenso können auch die umliegenden Buchten und Strände besucht werden, die jede für sich malerisch und besonders sind... Wir können die Unterkunft bei Gigi und Mery uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bedanken uns bei den beiden für den lieben Kontakt :-) Sollten wir wieder auf Sardinien Urlaub machen, würden wir auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft wieder wählen!!

Favoloso

La casa è perfetta , corrispondente pienamente alla descrizione, carina, ,ordinata e pulitissima. Il giardino curato, noi l’abbiamo vissuto molto, pace e tranquillità. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi comodamente in pochi minuti. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili, disponibili a disposizione per ogni richiesta. Trovandosi vicino ad un oasi naturale le zanzare sono fastidiose, ma la cosa è facilmente risolvibile con degli zampironi, mentre la casa è dotata di zanzariere. Noi di certo ci torneremo.

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus in ruhiger, wunderschöner Lage

Wie haben unsere Ferien in diesem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Häuschen mit herrlichem Garten sehr genossen. Das haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt und mit den Vermietern hat alles problemlos geklappt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

the house is small, but "deliziosa." it was obviously built and decorated with love, as can be seen in all of the little details. it is immaculately clean and well-equipped for anything a guest would like to do: cook, go to the beach, relax in the garden, etc. the garden, like the house, is well-maintained. the property is in a peaceful location serenaded by birdsong (although you can sometimes hear music from the nearby resort while sitting on the terrace, but it ends quite early). at night you can stretch out on a deck chair and see a sky full of stars and listen to a chorus of crickets and owls. the property is very close to a clean and low-populated beach that you can reach on foot in a few minutes and, going in the other direction, ponds where flamingos flock. it is also near other gorgeous beaches (cala sa figu is not to be missed) easily reached by car. for shopping, the city of muravera is about 20 minutes away by car. you can also buy freshly-caught fish early in the morning from the fishermen who sell near the house at reasonable prices. the owners are very kind and friendly, generous with their time and knowledge, just lovely people. in fact, we had such a pleasurable experience that it was really difficult for us to leave. grazie mille per la bella esperienza - grazie di cuore!

Neat and cute Villino Vita has a pretty garden and is in a great location for a restful holiday

We loved our 10 day holiday! The location is lovely with a lake at the end of the lane with flamingos and views of mountains in the distance - amazing sunsets. The beach is only 6 minutes walk away down quiet sandy paths, past villas with interesting plants, cacti and shady pine trees. It’s an utter treat as so quiet, only busier on Sundays with picnicking families, with fine sand and amazing clear waters where you can see fish swimming. We spent time there nearly every day and then wandered back home for lunch. Although little, the house had all we needed and we loved being able to eat outside on the veranda and cooked on the bbq. The garden is watered at night so has lush grass which feels lovely in the heat and has old olive trees which attract the birds, a woodpecker used to visit daily. The house is small, immaculately kept, better for a couple and maybe one rather than two children as the extra beds are in a space off small living area. However we managed with a 12 and 22 year old. It’s the kind of place you want to be outside enjoying the weather. We visited Muravera, 20 minutes drive away very often to shop and it’s a pleasant town. It has a least 2 supermarkets, many fish shops and a super gelateria. There are plenty of other places to visit, beautiful beaches all along the coast and interesting towns but we were happy with the peace at Colostrai and had a perfect, relaxing holiday.

Villino sorprendente nel cuore delle meraviglie naturali di Colostrai

Villino indipendente dotato di ogni comfort; proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi che subito ti fanno sentire a casa! Dintorni stupendi con mare mozzafiato in quanto il villino è in posizione strategica per raggiungere agevolmente incantevoli spiagge nonché luoghi selvaggi dove la natura regna ancora sovrana. Alle spalle del villino, lo stagno Colostrai e le saline sono mete imperdibili per gli amanti del "bird watching": fenicotteri rosa, cavalieri d'Italia, aironi, garzette, gruccioni, picchi rossi, martin pescatori, falchi di palude e altri ancora vi faranno compagnia lungo i sentieri che costeggiano lo stagno... Consigliatissimo sia a coppie che a famiglie con bambini!!!

stupendo!

Posizione unica. Veramente a due passi dal mare. La bellezza e comodità di poter scendere in spiaggia in pochi minuti e senza macchina!! Casa piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort, arredata con attenzione e gusto. Bel giardino con splendido prato dove far giocare i bambini. vermaente il massimo per una vacanza super rilassante e rigenerante
