Important Information:
Guest must be 25 years of age to rent; ID must be presented at the front desk for key release.
Aquatics will perform cleaning and chemical balancing of the hot tub every three days.
No vehicles taller than 6 feet 8 inches will fit in the parking garage.
Guests will now be able to bring more than two vehicles onsite at Turquoise Place. These overflow parking spaces MUST be reserved in advance of arrival. Each reservation automatically comes with two parking spaces guaranteed in the tower garages. If you wish to purchase any additional parking over these two vehicles, you may do so in the Overflow Parking garage at the nightly rate of $30 per vehicle. Contact us if you need the additional parking.

The new garage includes space for up to 4 EVs to charge their vehicles while onsite. These charging locations are located on the second level of the Overflow Garage (P1).

The new garage also has space for oversized vehicles on the lowest level, based on availability

OB Stay
No big issues. Electrical outlets did not work in master bath but found the breaker and turned them back on. Had a little problem tuning in the TV and never got one on in one of the bedrooms. Overall the unit was nice, clean and comfortable.

Trip to Turquoise Place for High School Graduation Gift
Loved the spaciousness of this condo. Loved that there are pools indoors, outdoors. In the sun. And in the shade. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be lacking in some essentials. The dining table only had 4 chairs which was awkward for family meals with 6 of us. The family agreed that this was their favorite of places we have stayed in Orange Beach.

Very nice property.
Very nice property. The couch could use a cleaning or be replace. Friendly staff. I did have issues with my parking spot. Someone parked in it and I went to desk 2 days in a row trying to get the car moved. It was memorial day weekend and parking was hard to find. Other than that it was perfect.

Our weeks vacation had No Air condition
The day we got there, before we walked in the door, they called us and said someone would be there to fix it that evening. No one ever showed up so I called and let them know. The next morning I called and spoke to weekend emergency staff and he got someone there to work on the unit. It worked for five mins after the guy left. We tried to tough it out but we had five kids in there and four adults. It was too hot! No one did a follow up to check on us or to make sure it was fixed. Needless to say, we were disappointed in the customer service and the staff. In 90 degree weather with the price we paid, Turquiose could have done better. I have been coming to Gulf Shores for many years and this was the first time I was disappointed in the place I have stayed.

Needs update
Property needs a better-equipped kitchen and decor very dated in my opinion. The outside patio could use comfortable seating since it is all about the view anyway!

This was not as advertised
The furniture and cabinets were busted and coming apart in places. The solid glass shower was so dirty you could not see through it. The hot tub worked sporadically and all head rests were missing. The jetted tub in the bathroom work BUT not all functions would work We have stayed at other units in the same building and never had a single issue. I will never stay in this unit again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Not worth the price
The condo was very dirty. The couch was so nasty that we covered it with blankets. There looked to be a half box of fruit loops between the cushions, something smeared all over the cushions. The furniture was in not good repair with a lot of scratches, nicks etc. The master bed post was about to fall off. The refrigerator and freezer wasn't working but the next day was fixed. None of the outlets in the master bath worked but that also was fixed in a timely manner. The floors were dirty. Glass on doors, fireplace etc was smeared. Was not worth the price we paid.

The Turquoise was an outstanding property which met all of our vacation needs!
The unit we stayed in, 1807-D, was perfect for our family’s stay. I will say there a few things in need of some attention within the unit (see below) 1) the curtains in the living room need a way to open and close them....the pull rod is broken off and you have to drag by the curtains in order to open and close them. 2) the cabinets in kitchen are missing some edging which takes away from the overall beauty of the kitchen 3) the grill igniter is broken and we had to start the grill using a match each time we used it. 4) two chairs at the dining room table have legs which were nearly broken and need to be replaced.....this caused us some issues eating......and on a similar note, the condo sleeps 10 but the dining room table only seats 4?? 5) the balcony furniture was functional at best, but not what you would expect from such a high end condo rental and the only chaise lounge was broken on the balcony and not able to be used..... I don’t want to give the unit an overall poor review because we loved our stay there, but it is getting very close to needing some additional loving care to maintain that high end feel it deserves at The Turquoise......

It was amazing!!!
Everything about the condo was amazing. The gym, the pools, the parking, the rooms etc. Everything was perfect! I would live their if I could. Can't wait to hopefully return some day. I would love to stay in the exact room and make it an annual stay.

A very nice resort.
The resort was lovely. The unit had several items which needed repair. The handle to the curtains leading out to the deck was off and laying in the window. It made it difficult to open the drapes. The fireplace cover was hanging in one place. Not what we are used to seeing in the units we rent. Whomever is supposed to be maintaining the property isn't doing a very good job.

The most amazing vacation and most amazing rental company to deal with. No regrets!
My family and I vacationed for a week in Orange Beach using this rental company. They were very accommodating and the customer service was fabulous. I felt as if I was treated as family. The condo was extremely well maintained and clean. The layout is perfect for a family with children and I certainly plan to return with my family for many years to come. I highly recommend this condo and rental company to anyone looking to visit Orange Beach.
