Beautiful apartment of 60 square meters, located in a private urbanization, with swimming pool, two sports courts, tennis, indoor soccer, basketball, table tennis, playground, green areas etc., about 300 meters from the beach, equipped with all kinds of goods, it is delivered with bedclothes and towels, very close to the Cantabrian motorway. Ideal to visit, Asturias 1 hour, La Coruña 1,15 hours, Santiago de Compostela, Noia, etc, 2 hours, all by highway and without tolls. Next to Ribadeo and Foz, and five kilometers from the beach of the cathedrals, all for a beautiful promenade full of beaches and coves with blue flag, where you can stroll, future, ride a bike, you can also travel with your vehicle, since parallel to the promenade there is an interior coast road.
