Luxury - Platinum accommodations at a great value. Our home is a luxury two bedroom, two bath, beach front unit in the Beach Manor at the beautiful Tops’l Resort (402). Your views include Sugar White Beaches, Emerald Sea and the Four Mile Village nature preserve. This unit is on the beach. The sandy beach is a stroll out your back door. Since prices vary greatly by season contact us by phone or email for the best price.

This fourth floor unit has two large balconies, unique to the Panhandle and is great for parties, sun bathing or a kid's play area. Lots of covered parking just below the unit. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom and a twin foldaway bed. 10' ceilings and stone and wood flooring let you know you are somewhere special.

Unit features hardwood floors in the bedrooms, a 'walk in' travertine tiled shower, double granite topped vanities in the master bath and complete new kitchen with granite counter tops. Mahogany doors and many upgrades in this platinum level unit give you that million dollar home feel. You will not find a more luxurious apartment on the beach in Destin. You'll want to come back again and again.

CHILDREN ARE WELCOME. Our unit, and the resort, offer a strong family atmosphere. We have tried to provide a beachy, comfortable apartment that gives all of the utility of home and amenities of a world class resort. Crack the bedroom door and fall asleep listening to the surf...

Once you stay in our unit, we are sure you will request it again!

Our condominium also has a fully equipped kitchen (stainless steal microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, etc.), washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, large flat screen TV's in every room, private balcony, use of our owner’s beach locker (which is stocked with beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys). A full linen package is provided.

Covered parking deck (so your car is always in the shade and you can go to and from the condominium without getting wet in the event of an afternoon rain shower. Our unit has stone floors in the main area with hardwoods in the bedrooms for a true beach feel. Absolutely No Smoking or Pets allowed. Minimum age requirement of 26 for singles with a maximum of 4 adults. A total of 5 people allowed per visit. Please check our calendar on this page for availability. We really enjoyed our time at Miramar Beach. The location at Tops'l was great and the condo was beyond what we had expected. The view was beautiful and the condo was very nice with everything updated and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Entire Property is beautiful. The only drawback for us was the distance to non beach-front restaurants. We prefer walking to driving and there’s limited options for that on this beach. On site pools and restaurant/bar was great. Condo very clean and nicely updated. Easy check-in and check-out.

Very pretty property. Wish we had a better beach view, and a shorter walk to the beach access point. But the resort property is expansive and beautiful! Needs pickleball courts that are open to beach manor. We would have paid for court time but weren’t allowed because we were in the “wrong building”.

Easy beach access...great location to Sandestin Amenities, Miramar Amenities, and Destin Amenities. Condo had a great layout...and nice beach views from the balcony. Everything worked great...and we had no issues for our entire week. I highly recommend this unit, owner, and location!

Perfect for relaxation
We were looking for a place to stay and soak our feet in the sands and water of the Emerald Coast. David's condo gave us this and a nice place to stay. The condo has ample room and does not feel crowded for a family. Nice furnishings and layout make this place a great place for relaxation! The pictures are accurate.

Our 2nd Stay was just as fabulous as the first time!
This is the second year my daughter (college age) and I have stayed at this condo for a week of just “Mom & Daughter get away to the beach” time. The water is beautiful and clear. The property is a safe, family oriented and well maintained. David’s condo is amazing and he gives such great instructions for access and parking. It was another great trip!

Just what we needed!
I was really leery about renting in Sandestin at a place I knew nothing about but this place was just perfect. The owner's went above and beyond. The decor was beachy, elegant, but very comfortable. There were days I did not want to leave the condo. Plenty of room, great view, and quiet location. Thank you guys so much for giving us this opportunity!

Beautifully Updated with great terrace and view
We love the place. The updates and décor are very tasteful and comfortable. The master is fantastic with a beautiful walk-in overhead shower. The nice large terrace provides a large space to enjoy a meal or morning coffee. Close to multiple pools and the beach. We always make sure to use play a round on the putt-putt course too. Tops'l overall is a great place and we will continue to come back!

The Huffmans clearly put a lot of thought into the renovations, as the condo was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The new appliances and cabinets made it a joy to cook in each night after long relaxing days (and walks) on the beach. Having the additional balcony space and being able to take the stairs to the 4th floor also made it easier to social distance and be safer in these times. Lastly, the Huffmans were very prompt and responsive in getting back to us on a couple of queries during our stay. Would definitely return again!

Very happy with this newly remodeled condo. A couple housekeeping details weren’t up to par but easy to clean up with broom. Beach was beautiful with easy access. Pools on beach front and condo property were great. Loved being a short walk to the State Park beach area. It was pristine, with no crowds. Condo is close to a Publix and shopping area. We loved that it was easy to travel east to Santa Rosa, Grayton Beach, Seaside and Rosemary Beach without having to drive through the Destin area congestion.

We had a very nice stay the last week of June. Property was well maintained and perfect for our family. The resort has many amenities that are beneficial for both adults and kids. Loved staying here with my husband and two kids under 4. Close proximity to the beach, convenient boardwalk access for a stroller. The condo is very clean with a well equipped kitchen. You do, however need to bring your own condiments and spices. Great overall experience.

We've been coming to Beach Manor for the last 7-8 years, and love this unit. Short walk to the beach and pool is just a few steps away. The large balcony has awesome views and is a good spot for kids to run play while you're getting dinner ready. Check in process is seamless and communication from the owner is spot on. We highly recommend!
