Garden to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Very safe pool for children and for the exclusive use of very few neighbors. Private use park. The best of the house is its location, 400 meters (without slopes) of the white sand beach and crystal clear Binibeca, 400 meters from the fishing village of Binibeca Vell and about 100 meters from the supermarket and diving platforms.
Binibeca is a 15-minute drive from Mahon Airport.

Why they chose this property
The best location in Menorca, Binibeca is a residential area, quiet and very pleasant. Good climate and calm sea almost every day. There are many properties in Menorca, but not all are so special or have such good views!
What makes this property unique
Its great advantage is to be able to walk everywhere, 5 minutes walking to the beach and the picturesque town of Binibeca. Supermarket and bar less than 50m. Without slopes and with easy access. The house is newly renovated and painted. All the equipment and furniture are new.
