Nice flat located 300 metres from Calle Larios. With all services and amenities. Close to the historic centre, Picasso museum, main shopping areas of the city, and the beach. With all the comforts and excellent qualities.

It consists of a double bedroom with large wardrobes, a large bathroom, a sunny and spacious living room with 1.40 cm sofa bed, kitchen with breakfast bar, equipped with washing machine, ceramic hob, electric boiler, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and kitchenware. Two private patios to enjoy breakfast in the open air.
The whole flat has air conditioning, central heating and free WIFI.
