Schönes Appartement über 2 ertragen in Meernähe

Beautiful view, calm and very short walk to beach

We had a very nice week in this wonderful flat, overlooking the beach. The owners are very nice and discrete. The flat is clean, spacious and well furnished, beds are very comfortable. It is just a three minute walk to the beach. There are great walks around, don't miss to hike to the church of Varangeville, the view is georgeous! We really liked Pourville sur mer and would love to come back!

Toller Ausblick

Das Haus liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Kieselstrand (bei Ebbe auch Sandstrand) am Hang: Auch wenn das Sträßchen schmal ist, kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken, sogar mit einem Van. Durch die Hanglage sind jedoch etliche Treppen bis zum Hauseingang zu bewältigen und im Haus selber auch noch. Der Wohnbereich ist auf zwei Etagen verteilt, zur Loft führt eine relativ steile Treppe mit schmalen Stufen. Für uns war das kein Problem, für Personen mit Gehbehinderungen und Familien mit kleinen Kindern könnte es schwierig sein (es gibt allerdings auch Absperrgitter). Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, und v.a. einen tollen Ausblick aus der Loft auf das Meer und die Felsküste. Die Besitzer, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen, sind freundlich und zurückhaltend. Den Garten vor dem Haus, der ebenfalls Ausblick auf die Küste bietet, darf mitbenutzt werden. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, direkt am GR 120. Pourville ist ein nettes kleines Dörfchen, mit langer Promenade, links und recht eingebettet in die Alabasterküste. Im Ort hat es mehrere Restaurants, einen Bäcker, eine Epicerie und eine Huiterie! Größere Einkäufe kann man im nicht weit entfernten Dieppe tätigen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen sehr angenehmen und schönen Aufenthalt, unser Hund war kein Problem.

Traumhafte Lage der Wohnung

Hallo zusammen, Wir waren paar Tage in dieser Wohnung und es war schön… Zu unserem Zeitpunkt des Bezuges war die Wohnung sauber und gelüftet. Helle große Räume und im Dachgeschoss das helle Studio zum Essen, ausruhen usw. auch das Bad kann sich sehen lassen. Natürlich haben wir die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht keine zehn Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade und ein Bäcker in ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. In ca. 25 min gibt es morgens einen Fischmarkt. (Minuten Angabe die ich fussläufig erreicht hatte) Die Küche ist einfach gehalten und man kann gut für 5 Personen kochen… da wir öfters in Ferienwohnungen sind wissen wir auch was man noch am besten einpackt. Die Eigentümer waren auch da und sind sehr freundlich Kommunikation in Englisch möglich der Schriftverkehr nur auf französisch. Von der Lage her ist dieses Haus ruhig gelegen etwas den Berg rauf. Von dort kann man schön bei Ebbe am Strand spazieren gehen oder die Umgebung erkunden. Leider kann man nicht Grillen ist aber bei der Lage und der Trockenheit die herrschte verständlich. Alles in allem gut und zu empfehlen, der Aufenthalt lohnt sich und wir werden bestimmt wieder dort buchen um eine schöne Zeit zu haben. Danke noch mal an die tollen Gastgeber!

Grande vetrata sul mare

A 3 minuti a piedi dal pulito lungo mare, 5 dal parco giochi e campo da beach volley, 7 dalla spiaggia con le alte falesie, 7 dal minigolf e dal panificio da cui emana profumo di baguette artigianale, abbiamo apprezzato tutto di questa casa: gli spazi interni e il giardino, la vista dalla sala da pranzo e gli elettrodomestici. Le camere e il soggiorno sono luminosi, spaziosi e più belli e curati di quanto appaiono in foto. Attenzione alle scale strette e ripide per i bambini piccoli (ci sono cmq cancellini di protezione) e per gli anziani. Grazie alle splendide giornate ci siamo goduti la spiaggia a marea alta e bassa. Una casa e un paese dove tornare.

Superbe duplex très bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Prouville et ses environs, entre mer et campagne normande. Les activités et ballades ne manquent pas et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Cette location a su combler nos attentes : propre, bien équipée, décorée avec soins. Ce logement est vraiment très bien situé (2mn à pieds de la digue), nous avons été bluffé par la vue splendide sur le village, la mer et ses falaises (ça rend bien mieux en vrai qu'en photos) Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Propriétaires discrets et fort sympathiques

Maison de charme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’emplacement était parfait et la vue sur la mer enchanteresse. En plus, le temps nous a permis de faire de très belles balades aux alentours. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nid douillet, avec vu imprenable

Tout le charme d'une maison ancienne, idéalement située à 3 minutes à pied de la plage. Idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région (Dieppe à 15min, Veules les Roses à 25min, Le treport, Etretat...), l'appartement (sur deux derniers étages de la maison) offre tout le confort nécessaire pour profiter en famille, et s'évader sur le GR21 qui passe en contrebas. Les escaliers forcent à l'organisation mais un système de barrière nous aura permis de profiter des peux en toute sécurité avec nos enfant de 5 et 2 ans. Un grand merci à Catherine et Mélanie pour leur accueil. Nous reviendrons pour profiter encore davantage de la région.

Familientaugliche Maisonette-Wohnung mit wunderbarem Panoramablick

Trés bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passez de très bonnes vacances. La station est vraiment agréable et familiale. L'appartement est très bien équipé (il faut avoir une bonne condition physique avec toutes les marches lol) et c'est très appréciable d'avoir de grandes chambres et une grande salle de bain. Enfin les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Et la vue sur la mer est un vrai bonheur. Bref, nous recommandons, même avec des enfants en bas âge.

A consommer sans modération!

L'appartement est très bien situé et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. A noter ; La propreté est irréprochable et le nombre de marches impressionnant! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et les renseignements fournis sur le site internet et dans le livret d'accueil précieux. Concernant la plage de Pourville, une merveille tout simplement.

Merveilleux souvenirs

Une merveilleuse semaine sur la côte normande avec des hôtes tout aussi charmants. Un accueil parfait, tout était fait pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. - situation idéale à 2 pas de la plage - location très propre, rien à redire - les propriétaires prêt à aider et de bons conseils - je recommande sans hésitation Encore merci pour tout et nous avons déjà hâtes de revenir !
