Apartment on the ground floor, cozy, very bright and comfortable, inserted in a quiet residence with many green spaces and safe. Nice neighborhood. Typical holiday location inserted in a development 200 meters from the beach. Within the allotment there is a gym, SPA and indoor pool. Bars and restaurants are available as well as a mini market within walking distance.
