Cozy 1800s torpedo in forest area with lots of wildlife, such as moose and deer. In addition, mushrooms, berries and birds. Wonderful scenery that invites to pleasant walks and bike excursions. Opportunity for wonderfully exciting carp and pike fishing can be found in lakes 300 meters from the accommodation. Boat available. There is also the possibility of hunting, for example, wild boar in the cabin. You are close to Söderåsens National Park about 10 km. If you want to go to the sea you can easily reach Ängelholm with fantastic sandy beaches all along the west side. a little north there are lovely beaches in Mellbystrand. At the Kungsbygget on Hallandsåsen you can try summer rowing. Nice Golf Course is located in Perstorp about 4 km, where there are also shops and pharmacies. If you want to feel the pulse of the big city, it is close to Helsingborg and Helsingör. For those of you who ride a motorcycle this is a great holiday home as there are plenty of nice roads and excursion opportunities. A holiday home for those who appreciate fine nature without neighbors who see and hear .. In the 19th century cottage there are two bedrooms 4 beds, kitchen and living room, air heat pump and wood stove for lovely crackling fireplace. There is also an additional cottage next to it with four beds. Can be a little low ceiling height if you are 190 cm in the large torpedo cottage.

We had a very good time in this swedish house in the mittle of the wood. Every night there came a little deer and rabbits in the near of our house. The sauna was very nice as well. The communication with the owners was very good. Thanks for the good time!

Sehr gemütliches Haus mitten in der Natur
Wir hatten unseren zweiwöchigen Sommer-Familienurlaub in dem Haus verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus liegt sehr abseits, mitten im Wald. Es gibt weit und breit weder Nachbarn, noch Lärm, was anfangs für uns eine echte Umgewöhnung war. Wir haben uns aber schnell im der gemütlichen Hütte eingelebt und konnten es im vollen Umfang genießen. Täglich sieht man viele Tiere, es gibt Rehe, Hasen, Erdkröten und Wildschweine. Die Vermieter erzählten auch von Elchen, welche wir leider nicht gesehen haben. Der Kontakt zu den beiden war von Anfang an sehr herzlich und nett. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Die Sauberkeit im Anwesen war sehr gut und die Sauna ein echtes Highlight. Wie in anderen Bewertungen schon geschrieben, ist die Dusche und die Sauna im Badehaus, man muss also raus und ein paar Meter laufen, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Ansonsten ist bis auf eine Waschmaschine alles da, was man so benötigt und die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Die Region rundherum bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und es gibt zwei Wanderwege im Wald, die wirklich sehenswert sind. Das zum Haus gehörende Boot liegt an einem Steg auf einem Anglersee, einige hundert Meter weiter im Wald. Dort ist auch der einzige "nahe" Nachbar, in Form eines weiteren kleinen Ferienhauses. Wir würden das Grundstück jedem weiterempfehlen! Es ist gepflegt, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wer wirklich mal entschleunigt in die Natur möchte, der findet hier exakt, was er gesucht hat.

Eine ruhige Woche in wunderschöner Natur
Mein Mann und ich haben mit unserem Hund eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Die Natur ist einfach so wie wir sie in Schweden lieben und das Haus ist urgemütlich. Da es nachts noch sehr kalt war haben wir den Ofen jeden Tag angefeuert, das Holz dafür lag bereit und es war immer genug Nachschub da. Die Sauna ist sehr neu und top in Schuss, ein Highlight nach einer langen Wanderung durch einen der schönen Nationalsparks. Der See ist fußläufig gut erreichbar und wenn man angeln kann und darf kann man sich dort gut die Zeit vertreiben. Man muss niemanden sehen wenn man nicht will und hat absolut seine Ruhe. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr herzlich.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus mitten im Wald
Mitten im Wald in absoluter Ruhe 2 Wochen Urlaub verbringen (abgesehen von seltenen Geräuschen vom nahen Schießplatz) lässt einen den Alltag vergessen. Ein Angelsee mit Ruderboot befindet sich ca. 700m entfernt. Wir hatten im warmen August viel Regen und jede Menge Pilze. Bis nach Perstorp mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es ca. 15 min. mit dem Auto. Malmö, Helsingborg, Ängelholm, der Nationalpark Söderasen sowie der nahe Elchpark sind einen Ausflug wert. Am Haus gibt es eine große Terrasse mit Außendusche, ein separates Saunahaus mit Dusche und WC. Größere Kinder können in einem extra Haus, ca. 20m vom Haupthaus entfernt, übernachten. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, aber gutes WLAN. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Haus für absolute Entspannung
Wir alle (Eltern, Kinder und Hund) haben die Tage in der wunderbar einsamen Hütte genossen. Es gab eine vom Hausherrn selbst ausgeschilderte kurze Runde durch den Wald, die wir jeden Morgen mit unserer Hündin gegangen sind. Den Abschluss des Tages bildete der Besuch in der tollen Saunahütte. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer flecken Erde
Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine Lage mitten im Wald und seinem Flair. Man kann die Atmosphäre eines älteren Bauernhaus genießen und dann stören die niedrigen Decken überhaupt nicht. Auch der Kaminofen und die Sauna sind hervorragend. Trotz der Lage im Wald sind Orte wie Lund, Malmö oder Helsingborg (Hervorragender Helsingborger Kaffee) gut zu erreichen. Auch der Nationalpark in der Nähe ist ein, zwei, drei... Wanderungen wert. Wir danken für die gute Gastfreundschaft und das herrliche Haus. (Hinweis: Wer kein schussfesten Hund hat, der eine von uns ist leider so einer, sollte bewusst sein, dass es in der Nähe einen Schießstand gibt, wo Abends durchaus geschossen wird.)

Schöner Urlaub in Familie
Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub, mit sehr viel Ruhe. Wir sahen sehr oft Rehe und Hasen die fast am Haus waren. Leider haben unsere Männer nur einen Karpfen aus dem See geangelt. Pilze haben wir leider auch keine gefunden es war dafür zu heiss. Am schönsten war die Außendusche, früh morgens draußen Duschen war herrlich. Im Haupthaus waren je zwei Betten mit einer Toilette, zum waschen und duschen musste man in ein anderes Haus gehen dort war eine Sauna mit der Außendusche. Das zweite Haus mit zwei Doppelstockbetten war etwas entfernt und hatte kein WC.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Saunahaus ist ein Traum für Saunafans. Das sich die Dusche nicht im Haupthaus, sondern im Saunahaus befindet war aus der Objektbeschreibung nicht zu erkennen. Uns hat es jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir kommen herzlich gerne wieder. Es ist ein schönes Ferienhaus mitten im Wald, total einsam! Dennoch hört man schon mal die Eisenbahn und unregelmäßig seltsame Schüsse. Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies, das “Badehaus” inkl Sauna ist der Hammer. Es ist schön!

Heerlijk verblijf in the middle of nowhere maar met alles in de buurt
Op zoek naar een echt Zweeds huis voor een korte vakantie leverde Googelen op “vakantiehuis Soderasen” dit huis op dat uitstekend is bevallen. Ontvangst door de eigenaar was prima en we werden keurig begeleid naar het huisje dat midden in het bos staat (tip: via het adres van het huisje dat op de website staat is het huisje niet bereikbaar; de aanrrijroute is vanaf het sleuteladres). Huis en bijgebouwen zijn netjes en compleet en de omgeving is prachtig. Met Soderasen (elandpark!!) en Kullenberg natuurpark vlakbij is er meer dan genoeg te beleven. Aanrader!!

Lækkert sted i fred og ro
Sven- Erik har været en god udlejer, og har været klar til at hjælpe under hele turen. Det altid rart når udlejeren er helt nede på jorden. Stedet er pragtfuldt til en stor familie eller fiskeklub med mange muligheder omkring.
