PEÑISMAR VACATION HOUSE - 100 METERS FROM THE BEACH - SPORTS COMPLEX AND SWIMMING POOL

Nice apartment of 53 square meters a few meters from the beach, located in one of the quietest areas of the coast of Peñíscola, about 2 km from the old town area and the castle, you can go along the seafront or with bus, there is a stop about 150 meters.
The accommodation is very cozy, ideal to spend a few days at the beach with family or friends. Capacity for 2-6 people.
The house has a patio at the bottom that can be used as parking for the car or to make a barbecue, it is ideal for al fresco dining with the family.
The distribution of the house is 1 room with 2 beds of 90 * 190, living room that has two double sofa beds, kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom. There is a closed and covered terrace, which is ideal for reading.
The following services are included:
• Bed linen with weekly change,
• Towels with weekly change,
• Community pool at 70 mtrs. With the rental of the accommodation, one pass per guest will be given, (up to a maximum of five), to access the Acualandia pools during the entire stay. Open from June 1 to September 30.
• Parking space for a vehicle in the front yard.
• Scourer kit, cloth, dish soap, kitchen paper, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags and cleaning products.

We offer the following Services:
If you decide to use any of the following services, you must request it in advance and pay in cash at the time of arrival.
• Supplementary bed type folding bed with bedding (€ 30 / stay)
• Travel cot with mattress without bedding (€ 20 / stay).
• Pets. Check price and possibility. (Races classified as dangerous are not allowed).
• Food purchase € 20, please provide us with your shopping list and we will deliver it to you upon your arrival.
• Cleaning service during your stay. Check price and availability.
• Early Check-In or Late Check-out (consult). If by circumstances you would like to enter the house before 16:00 or leave later than 11:00, you should consult us beforehand to see if this possibility exists and if it supposes additional cost.
• Late Check-In. The entrance time is scheduled between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. They charge € 20 if by circumstances the Check-In is after 20:00.
