About this property

Wonderful villa, built in 2017, overlooking the gulf of Castellammare. You can touch the sea with your hands! There is a wonderful exterior area with a big pool and a spacious open space a real balcony overlooking the sea. On the exterior we also find a well-equipped BBQ area, and many corners under the patio and the veranda. The interior shows 2 double bedrooms, a twin, and a spacious saloon with a fully equipped kitchen. All is completed by 2 bathrooms with shower. The furniture are elegant and new, all the living spaces are large and clean.The house is less than 1 km away from the fascinating village of Scopello.
Note: the electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond that limit, it will have a cost of € 0,36 per kWh.

Beautiful view

Cute house but a little lacking in supplies. No inside laundry rack and no laundry basket to carry clothes to the outdoor clothes line. Some confusion with check in but we worked it out.

Peaceful and clean

A beautiful villa. Three bedrooms, one twin without air-c on , two double bedrooms with good units.. Could of done with a 4x4 car to get up the hillside, as the road is more of a rocky track. The view is stunning.
