FLOORPLAN
⭐Modern Serenity is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, penthouse unit located right on the beach. You'll have 2700 sq. feet which includes an open floor plan with ample space for family and friends, beach accents, flat screen TVs throughout, a full-size washer/dryer, high ceilings, an amazing fully equipped kitchen where family and friends can cook together… or not. There are three separate large balconies offering breathtaking panoramic gulf views making this your perfect vacation getaway. It's an easy walk past the pool; a hot tub and you're on the beach!

The amazing renovations will take your breath away!! With new vinyl plank flooring, a custom island in the kitchen, shiplap panel accent walls, and new paint throughout - You will never want to leave. This beautiful penthouse sleeps 13 with four comfortably furnished bedrooms. Three of the four bedrooms have king-size beds and each offers breathtaking views. The king master suite is beachfront with a private balcony, a private master bath, a 50” flat panel Smart TV, comfy seating for two to escape, and an amazing desk should you need one. The second king bedroom has a private balcony with lovely bay and city views and a 48” flat panel Smart TV. The third king bedroom offers beautiful Gulf views, a 46” flat panel TV, and a separate workspace/vanity.

Finally, the kid's fourth bedroom room is fully decked out and ready for fun with bunk beds that sleep up to 7, a 40” Smart TV, and a separate bath. Awaken every day to the energizing sounds of the gulf waves, throw open the shutters, and be drawn to the sunlit water views outside every window.

Destin Towers is a gated access low-density condo resort, that owns its gulf-front beach, and was also named a 'Top Pick' Destin Condominium resort by Southern Living Magazine. With only 45 units (less than half available as rentals) building common areas are uncrowded and more importantly, the Destin Towers private beach is much less congested than larger mega hotel resorts, allowing for better access to premium beach spots. This unit also enjoys one assigned covered parking spot, closest to the building, with additional visitor spots available so you avoid the “beach parking competition.” This, along with 2 high-speed elevators, will allow you to maximize family time and make full use of beach time.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

Other things to note:

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Your stay includes one assigned parking spot in the parking garage. Additional vehicles may park in the open overflow lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Vacationing at this resort gives you access to some amazing amenities. One of the top picks is the private beach access available to the resort guests. Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our White Sand Beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need! Please note however that canopies and tents are not allowed on the resort's private beach.

POOL/HOT TUB
⭐ There is a pool and hot tub behind the resort complex available for guest to use to enjoy some Gulf-front swimming! You will be sent the amenity codes before check-in. Don't forget about the 2 community grills available for use as well! No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowners and Guests, there is a Surveillance Doorbell Camera by the Front Door. The resort does have cameras on the premise as well. If you touch or tamper with the cameras or cause any issues, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
