The apartment was ok and looked like it had been modernised ,but I think tje cleaners that go in are

Soggiorno a Summerland

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiagge anche a piedi. Casa con tutti i comfort.. ci siamo già stati 3 anni fa, ma questa volta la pulizia della casa al nostro arrivo è stata scarsissima. In più abbiamo avuto Un solo rotolo di carta igienica ,due asciugamani per la doccia e una sola per il viso. Per una settimana in due mi è sembrato troppo poco.

Fine for short stay

Small studio in a complex. Fit-out is rather basic, but sufficient. Shower needs fixing as well as some other minor items.

Good communication and decent apartment

Excellent communication with Javier throughout via WhatsApp. Someone there to meet us at the arranged time and exit was simple. Apartment gave us everything we wanted. It's compact but modern. Had all appliances needed ie. Kettle, TV, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine, iron etc etc. TV channel had lots of channels. 3 main English ones, BBC 1, itv and itv2. Couple of other English speaking ones. Swimming pool was very cold in December. Sea felt warmer but decent enough pool with a bar. About 10-15 mins downhill walk to seafront. OK for most people, might be tricky if you have difficulty walking. Bed was very comfortable, shower worked well. Balcony got the sunset but not the early day sun. Overall, apartment was to a good standard, well priced and we were very happy with the communication. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment in Los Cristianos

This is not an apartment, it is a studio! It is clean and recently modernised to a reasonable standard but is lacking in some finishing touches. There is no comfortable seating apart from 4 dining chairs, there is no safe, no toaster, no oven, no microwave, there is no mirror in the main room, the light on the balcony does not work and appears to be in a dangerous condition with exposed wires, there is no sun at all to the room or balcony It is expensive for what you get, would not stay here again.
