This ground floor barn conversion sits near the Gloucestershire town of Berkeley, sleeping four people in two bedrooms.
The Stable is a converted farm building based near the town of Berkeley in Gloucestershire. It comes with two bedrooms; a Double & 1 x trundle bed (single or large double), with a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, there is also a utility. To the outside you will find plenty of off road parking and a patio area to the front of the property hosting furniture and a barbecue. The Stable is a contemporary cottage in a fine location.
Amenities: Electric heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.
