Single and independent country cottage with double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with folding sofa bed.
Externally covered veranda with table and chairs, barbecue, private garden and parking space. The house falls within my farm, there are no neighbors, traffic or loud noises. Peace and tranquility reign supreme. The sea with its beautiful beach of fine sand is about 400 meters and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes real. The ancient fishing village of Donnalucata is 1 kilometer away and all the borough towns can be reached in 30 minutes.

Little and lovely house in a short distante to Donnalucata,very nice Village. Nicolò's property is a wonderful and near to the sea, Ideal for family with child. Is very confortabile to visit the sicilian barocco zone. Nicolò is a recommended host

Ok

Die Ferienhütte ist für 2 Erwachsene ausreichend. Die Lage ist inmitten von Feldern und Gewächshäusern. Es sind 2 Ferienhütten nebeneinder und anschließend der Vermieter, der sehr nett war. Sie ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Hundebesitzer sollten wissen das der Garten offen ist und keine Tür vorhanden ist. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. An sich ist alles da was man braucht außer eine Klimaanlage. Die Deckenventilatoren gleichen das nicht aus. Zumal das quietschen und knarren der Ventilatoren einen sehr schlecht schlafen lässt. Der Weg nach Donnalucata, am Strand entlang, ist wunderschön.

Vielen Dank Nicolo und Francesca für die tolle Zeit die wir bei Euch verbringen durften. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Donnalucata in einem landwirtschaftlichen Gebiet, ist aber sehr ruhig. Nicolo hat uns herzlich empfangen und unsere bestellten Lebensmittel (wir sind nachts angekommen) standen auch bereit. Die Unterkunft ist einfach gehalten aber vollkommend ausreichend. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage is super für Ausflüge in unglaubliche kulturelle Umgebung. Den Weg zum Wunderschönen Strand hat uns Nicolo gezeigt und es sind wirklich nur 5 Minuten. Sonnenschirm, Strandstühle und Luftmatratze ist vorhanden. Nicolo war immer erreichbar und hatte für jedes Anliegen ein offenes Ohr. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Perfekt für 2 Personen.

Urlaub unter Freunden

Die ruhige Unterkunft befindet sich in einem grünen Umfeld wie eine Oase inmitten von Gewächshäusern. Der Empfang und die Hilfe bei der Bewätigung kleiner Probleme ist von den Vermietern Nico und Franzesca hervorragend gelöst worden. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

In vacanza a Donnalucata con la famiglia

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimana in questa oasi di pace e bellezza a pochi passi dal bellissimo mare siciliano e a qualche centinaio di metri dal centro del paese. Siamo stati accolti da Nicola, il proprietario della struttura, persona gentilissima che ti fa sentire in famiglia, ed è molto disponibile. Nonostante il caldo di questa fine luglio la proprietà è circondata da tanto Verde ed ha un bellissimo spazio verde davanti che ci ha molto aiutato a non percepire il caldo e le pale ventilatore sono state sufficienti a farci stare “freschi” sia durante le notti che nei pomeriggi che abbiamo passato a casa. Un posto da consigliare assolutamente per la posizione, la completezza dell’offerta e soprattutto per la bella accoglienza. Donnalucata ottimo punto di partenza per immergersi nel barocco siciliano. Esperienza da rifare.

Perfekt

Die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Es wurde uns alles erklärt und der Weg zum Strand (wirklich nur 5 Minuten) gezeigt. Nicolo war immer sehr hilfsbereit, sogar als unser Flug annulliert wurde, hat er für uns eine Lösung gefunden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und reichte ganz und gar für 2 Personen aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und freuen uns sehr auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei ihm und seiner Frau.

Relax, natura e bellezza

Io, mia moglie e il nostro cagnolino abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa casetta per 7 giorni a metà luglio. La struttura si trova immersa nella tranquillità delle campagne di Donnalucata, ma a poche centinaia di metri dal paese. Sin dai primi contatti il padrone di casa, Nicola, si è dimostrato gentilissimo, attento e disponibile. Ci ha accolto con un sorriso schietto e sincero all'arrivo, e con lo stesso sorriso ci ha salutato invitandoci a ritornare. La casa è semplice ma non manca di niente. È a pochi passi dalla bella spiaggia di Pezza Filippa e a pochi chilometri da tutti i punti di interesse della zona: Scicli, Modica, Sampieri, cava d'aliga, la riserva naturale del Randello con la sua bellissima spiaggia. Straconsigliato per una vacanza di relax, buon cibo, natura e conoscenza.

Vavanza a Donnalucata

Squisita ospitalità e pronta sollecitudine nel fornire qualsiasi supporto da parte della proprietà. Abitazione con muri perimetrali spessi e immersa in un'oasi di vegetazione lussureggiante, tale da offrire piacevole frescura. Unico problema, la presenza di zanzare.

Grazie a Francesca e Nicolo !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Francesca et Nicolo. Ils nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Francesca et Nicolo sont très à l'écoute et toujours disponibles, en cas de besoin. La maison est simple mais très propre et climatisée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la douche extérieure et le barbecue. Elle est située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage qui est peu fréquentée car à l'écart de la ville. L' environnement est parfait pour des vacances avec 2 jeunes enfants, tant la mer que la maison et ses alentours. Nous avons adoré nos visites dans le sud-est de la Sicile. Nous recommandons Cava Grande (prévoir une bonne paire de baskets !), la vallée des temples à Agrigente, Syracuse et Noto. Encore merci à Francesca et Nicolo. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Maison au calme près de la mer

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour cette maison au calme, à 5 minutes à pied de grandes plages peu fréquentées. Il y a l'air conditionné, une grande terrasse avec une douche extérieure et même un barbecue. Endroit idéal pour visiter la Sicile baroque. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Merci Francesca et Nicolas pour votre excellent accueil. A bientôt.

Casa tranquilla e accogliente vicino al mare

Casa tranquilla e indipendente, immersa nel verde, comoda per famiglie con bambini che possono giocare nel verde. Parcheggio auto affianco. Spiaggia a pochi minuti a piedi con mare pulito e poco profondo. Per chi vuole provare altre spiagge bastano 10-20 minuti per arrivare a provarle ( marina di Ragusa, punta Secca, playa grande, cava d'aliga, sampieri, marina di Modica) e per chi vuole conoscere alcune perle del barocco siciliano ci vuole dai 10 ai 30 minuti ( scicli, modica, ragusa e un po piu lontano noto e siracusa). Nicola, il proprietario è disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Un ringraziamento ad Emanuele, il figlio del proprietario che è stato compagno dei giochi dei nostri. Casetta indipendente immersa nel verde

Secondo anno che torniamo: posto speciale immerso nella tranquillità, a due passi dalla spiaggia, poco frequentata anche in Agosto, direi introvabile. Qui è l'unico posto in cui proviamo il piacere di andare in spiaggia ad agosto senza avere la sensazione di essere in un affollato centro commerciale di sabato pomeriggio. Mare incredibilmente sempre pulito, acqua stupenda, tranquillità e rilassamento a misura d'uomo. Il proprietario è disponibile e veloce alle eventuali richieste e dopo due volte che siamo stati li lo consideriamo un amico, bello tornare in un posto dove sai che c'è gente simpatica educata e piacevole che ti accoglie con affetto. Nicola, grazie di tutto ed arrivederci a presto. Un saluto speciale anche al resto della banda. Mauri, Ari e Dani.
