Cozy apartment and very comfortable in the residence of high standing ISERAN. KIDS FRIENDLY

A free and regular shuttle service takes you to the center of the resort.

LES ARCS 1800, you know? It is a family ski resort and very friendly where young and old will find happiness for a successful holiday. The resort offers many activities (fireworks during the holidays, distribution of wine and hot chocolate, egg hunt, torchlight descent ...). In addition, every Tuesday and Thursday nights, we offer night skiing: a fun way down the slopes!

Un logement bien situé et propre

Un appartement avec tout l'équipement pour une famille de 5 personnes.Avec une vue sympa sur la vallée.Un accès aux pistes depuis la résidence.Un parking couvert qu avec un accès direct via un ascenseur à l'appartement.Tout était conforme à l'annonce.

Appartement très joli, agréable et tt à fait fonctionnel!! Il y a absolument tout pour passer un bon séjour. Nous n'étions pas du tt à l'étroit à 5. Sans parler de la vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc!!! Rien à redire.

Schoon en mooi appartement

Het appartement waarin wij verbleven was schoon en mooi. Het was een 6p appartement. Wij verbleven er met z'n vieren. Dat was goed te doen. Voor zes personen vonden wij het te klein. De slaapkamers vonden we wat krap. Weinig ruimte om je koffer neer te zetten. Doucheruimte van de slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed ook erg krap. Maar verder prima de ruimte. MS, maart 2019

Appartement de qualité au pieds des pistes

L’appartement est très bien situé, départ et retour skis aux pieds, un peu à l’écart (quartier du Chantel) mais le centre d’Arcs 1800 est facilement accessible par la télécabine du Dahu. Facile également pour le départ des cours ESF. Grand skibox, ce qui est rare. Petite supérette dans le bâtiment Edenarc situé au-dessus, avec pain frais et traiteur. Nous sommes arrivés tôt et l’appartement était déjà prêt. Remise des clefs par l’agence GSI. Très pro. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 10 et 12 ans. Le parking couvert est appréciable ainsi que la machine à laver. On reviendra.

Séjour au ski en famille en mode Cocooning !

Appartement idéalement placé à l’écart des nuisances du centre station. Parfaitement équipé; notre famille à particulièrement apprécié la chaleur du lieu, la proximité avec les pistes, les équipements et la cerise sur le gâteau : la piscine Chauffée de 9h à 21h ! La qualité est au rendez vous

appartement très bien équipé et vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très joliment décoré. Il ne manque de rien, machine à laver sèchante, appareils à fondue et raclette, ustensiles et vaisselle en nombre.... La situation est très calme, avec une vue magnifique et on peut chausser les skis dés la sortie du local dédié. La résidence se situe dans le nouveau quartier du Chantel mais la navette gratuite s'arrête devant la résidence et vous amène au centre de la station en 5 minutes. Il y a aussi la possibilité de prendre le téléphérique du Dahu qui met lui aussi quelques minutes pour effectuer le trajet. En somme, une situation loin des nuisances sonores du centre mais les commodités restent très facilement accessibles. Cette location accepte les animaux, ce qui devient de moins en moins fréquent, et j'en remercie donc la propriétaire, qui, par ailleurs est très disponible pour les différents renseignements dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. L'accueil, par l'agence, est lui aussi très gentil et professionnel. En bref, je recommande

Appréciation appartement station des arcs 1800

Merveilleux séjour de deux semaines aux arcs 1800 , appartement très confortable, comme à la maison ! Décoration soignée, literie impeccable, lit fait à notre arrivée, vaisselle et ustensil de cuisine à profusion ,san oublier une terrasse spacieuse Avec une vue époustouflante sur la pierre menta et le mont blanc ! La piscine couverte très propre offre la possibilité de se détendre durant une plage horaire très large et l emplacement paking réserve à l appartement est un vrai plus .

A beautifully situated and very comfortable apartment

We have had a very wonderful holiday in this apartment. It's well equipped and good situated on the slopes. There is also a swimming pool in the building. The apartment has a very nice view on the mountains.The parking place is inside the building The interior is very comfortable and cozy. The bakery/supermarket is 5 minutes walking and within 5 minutes the Dahu lift will bring you to the center of Les Arcs 1800. We will come back for skiing in this beautiful area!

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en janvier. Nous sommes 1 couple avec 2 enfants (10 et 13 ans). Appartement très bien équipé et de taille parfaite pour 1 couple avec enfants. Tout l'électroménager attendu est là (appareil à raclette, à fondue, nespresso etc...) et une machine à laver ce qui est rare. Il est tout confort (literie impeccable) avec une vue sur la vallée à couper le souffle (sans vis à vis) et une décoration soignée. L'appartement est dans une résidence standing calme (pas de bus d'étudiants étrangers faisant la fête toute la nuit, comme nous avons eu le cas il y a 3 ans en étant dans le cœur des ARCS 1800). Place de parking en souterrain privative (pas de voiture à déneiger pour repartir ou de place à chercher pendant 1 heure), ascenseurs dans toute la résidence pour se déplacer (accès parking, piscine, casier à ski etc...) très pratique pour le chargement/déchargement des bagages. Entretien régulier des parties communes ce qui fait que tout est toujours propre. La piscine chauffée à 25°/26° a toujours été vide lors de nos venues, nous donnant le sentiment d'être des privilégiés. Nous avons apprécié le départ et le retour, au pied de l'immeuble pour les pistes de ski. Accès à 150 mètres à un dépôt de pain pour les petits déjeuners. Navette gratuite toute les 30 minutes pour accéder au cœur du village ARCS 1800 pour le shopping. Sur place, GSI Immobilier est votre interlocuteur (chaussons offerts, pot de confiture, tapis de bain mis à disposition, lits fait à la remise des clés...). Bref des superbes vacances et c'est avec un très grand plaisir que nous relouerons cet appartement. Très bon échange avec les propriétaires qui ont toujours su répondre à nos questions avec réactivité et gentillesse. Je recommande donc vivement ce logement.
