Our awesome flat is located on the second floor of new apartment building in a peaceful neighborhood only 3 minutes walk to the vivid city center and 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Nearest restaurant is within 2 minutes walk and nearest grocery store is 5 minutes walk. It consists of two bedrooms with double bed, one study room with comfortable pull-out sofa for 1, pull out sofa for 1 in a living room and 2 bathrooms with shower and one washing machine. There is fully equipped, modern open plan kitchen with adjoined dining and living area with access to the fantastic terrace with magnificent sea view where you can relax, enjoy your meals and cook something on an outdoor stove in a summer kitchen.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room, flat satellite TV, hair dryer, dishwasher, also with an ironing board and iron. The kitchen in this apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender.

Great location and vicinity to the beaches and center provides ideal place for friends or family. On request apartment can be adjusted to the little ones with travel baby bed, high chair and children dinnerware. Positif: - assez moderne pour le marché de Bol - Pas trop loin du port Negatif: - pas prévue pour 5 personnes: seulement 4 chaises dans le salon et les terasses - préparation non adapté au nombre de personnes - pas de papier toilettes à l'arrivée - la porte de la terrasse avec la cuisine d'été ne se fermais pas. Apparament le technicien devrais venir mais.... on attends toujours -mauvaise communication de l'agence - aucun suivi des problèmes identifiés à l'arrivée De manière globale, un bon appartement pour 4 personnes néanmoins vraiment niveau communication.... ça laisse varient à désirer. Vous pouvez compter juste sur vous même si vous avez un problem.
