GREAT HOUSE WITH LARGE SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN
The house is situated in a quiet residential area with a nice view of the Atlantic Ocean. Pointe Jacob is within the Cap-Est area 7 kms south of François.
Guests can enjoy their meals and relax in the shelter of the spacious veranda entirely surrounding the house. The charcoal barbecue is very easy to use.
All the rooms are very spacious and very well appointed. Ceiling heights range from 3 to 5 meters.
The house is centrally located on the island at the heart of a multitude of activities: Golf of Trois Ilets, North of the island, Mount Pelée, South of the island, Salines beach, etc…
The nearby (500 meters) Lagoon Resort Hotel & Spa (5* Relais & Châteaux) sandy beach is open to the public and is only a few hundred meters away. Kitesurfing is available to non-residents with or without instructor. You will be able to have lunch on the beach or enjoy its gastronomic restaurant.
