Amazing Lagoon apartment Venice center near the Biennale

The Amazing Laguna Dream of Venice is an absolutely unique apartment in Venice! UNIQUE! :-)
What that's unbelievably amazing are the windows: the windows of the kitchen.
They look like a painting with the frame. They overlook the park and the lagoon of San Marco giving a feeling of harmony, peace and happiness.
They could drive an ARTIST crazy of joy! :-)
The bedroom has a Murano glass chandelier in the middle of walls painted with the color of the sky, antique venetian style furniture, and the king size bed looks like the bed of the king on a fable.
The kitchen has 2 sides with windows, very bright, and a magnificent Murano glass chandelier.
There are 2 armchairs to contemplate the view in front of you.
The privacy is given by the typical Venetian curtains during the day and the electric shades during the night. Our guests will have the whole apartment.

The whole area of ​​Sant'Elena is the highest in Venice compared to the sea level, therefore it has never been flooded by the high waters of the past!

Apartment Lagoon Dream is located in the most verdant district of the city, on an island of unspoiled serenity on the eastern shore of the city's fabled lagoon. The most delightful feature of St. Helena, but also the dreamlike vision of ancient Venice, shimmering across the lake, especially as the sun sets behind the tower of St. Mark and the great dome of St. Mary of Health. 

    Our location is really favorable for visiting the city quietly.
The apartment is located in the Venice's residential area, in front of the greenery of the Sant'Elena pine-wood.  Sant'Elena is well connected to the other islands of the lake by bridges and frequent water buses, which allow you to enjoy a leisurely stroll to Saint Mark's Square along Riva degli Schiavoni , by walking down one of the most scenic views in the world, and through the majestic trees of the "Parco delle Rimembranze".

    The Lido of Venice with its beaches and the annual Venice International Film Festival are just 10 minutes away by boat, the Biennale gardens are a 2-minute walk from the apartment, while the world-renowned Murano glass factories and the colorful Burano island are all within easy reach.

    The city of Venice (call them 'calli') to see the wonder of this stunning city.  And then, just around the corner, the crowds disappears in the secret squares called 'campi', facing the sea.  Waterways and narrow streets, Venice, of course.
