Ideal for families and couples; Elegant, fully renovated, designer decorated, stone-built villa, plus a separate cozy studio, set in a rural suburb just 4km away from the center of Chania city and within a very short drive (5-10min) from beaches, sights, etc
The house and the studio are fully equipped with all modern amenities, they are spacious and comfortable, surrounded by flowers, mandarin and lemon tree gardens, offering shaded pergolas with outdoor furniture, a big BBQ with wood oven, private parking, free wi-fi, etc. The property is gated, ideal for families.
In the house, there is a large living room with a fireplace, big flat screen HDTV and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, utensils, etc as well as a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, cloth washer, etc
There is air conditioning throughout.
The extra guest room (studio) has one room with kitchenette and private bathroom with bathtub, wi-fi, TV, air condition, etc. The studio has twin beds.
The house has 2 Bedrooms, and it can accommodate 4 guests plus a baby (babycot available). The studio can accommodate 2 guests plus a baby (babycot available). So in total 6 guests plus 2 babies can be accommodated.
