Our apartment is located on the ground floor in our marvelous villa in a quiet neighborhood on a great position only 3 minutes walk from amazing beach and 3-5 minutes easy walk to the vivid city center. Nearest grocery store and restaurant are within 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
This flat has three spacious bedrooms, one with comfortable double bed, one with two single comfortable beds and the third one with one single bed. In room with double bed there is a lady desk that can be used as a laptop desk. Modern open plan kitchen with adjoined dining room and living area spreads in open space design so family can interact and spend quality time during holiday. In the living room there is a sofa that can be pulled out as a bed for 2. Kitchen is fully equipped for a cooking on a daily basis and consists of cooker with oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and a kettle.
There are also two spacious bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub. Apartment is furnished and equipped with functionality and simplicity in mind to be functional and fulfill your practical everyday needs. Apartment has AC, WiFi and secure luggage organized on departure so guests can enjoy freely while waiting on a ferry, boat or a plane.
The key feature of this apartment is spacious terrace with superb sea&neighborhood view where you can enjoy family dinner gatherings or enjoying company of your friends.
There are 3 parking places in front of the house. Parking is free of charge but the reservation is needed. If there is no space in front of the house there is a public parking 150 meters away where guests can park for free. Apartment is pet friendly without any extra charges and dog beach is on the beginning of the promenade towards the Golden Horn.
