IMPORTANT: Check-in after 17:00 on the day of arrival and check-out before 10:00 on the morning of departure.
Except for exceptions to be agreed if there is a possibility. (i.e. no same day customer change).
*IMPORTANT: The cost of the rooms is based on the number of beds (1 double bed = 2 beds corresponds to a different price from 1 place)...
If you want 1 entire double room, you pay for 2 beds.
ATTENTION Those who are reserving the house are not reserving all the bedrooms (because in this case they would have to pay as if they occupied all the beds)
But he is reserving the beds based on the chosen room:
1) bedroom with maxi double bed (if you are single and want exclusive pay for 2 beds)

2) French double bedroom (if you want exclusivity and you are only one person, pay for 2 beds)

HOUSE RULES: the house is delivered clean and disinfected, respect for places is appreciated, it is newly furnished with precautions for the customer. The furniture should not be moved. The air conditioners must be turned off if you go out to go to the beach or in the city.
If you return from the beach, remove excess sand with a water hose in the garden to avoid clogging the shower siphons.
It is forbidden to throw objects or underwear down the toilet. Use only biodegradable toilet paper. (those who clog the toilets have to pay plumbing costs)

IMPORTANT:
The kitchenette must be returned CLEAN otherwise we can request compensation.

Far from the chaos of the city. Single villa with garden, consisting of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bed 160x200 with master bathroom, 2nd single bedroom with bunk bed, bedroom 3 with 140x200 bed on the same floor there is the second bathroom.
On the ground floor is the dining room with a kitchenette, in the same there is a sofa bed 140x200cm. more bathroom.
The house was acquired in January 2018 and is therefore newly furnished.
There is a washing machine, an oven, 4 gas burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, plates and cutlery for 12 place settings,
and has kitchen equipment, table cloths and tea towels.
Towels and sheets are provided for the bathrooms and bedrooms.
The house therefore has 6 permanent beds, plus 2 on the sofa in the living room.
The district of only villas with gardens, on the coast road that goes to Villasimius.
One kilometer away are a bar, shop and restaurant, and within three kilometers other bars, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and a hairdresser, as well as the small tourist port of Capitana with another restaurant.
