A lovely duplex awaits you close to the beach, ideally located in the heart of the island of Ré, in a pretty residence with pool, close to shops, restaurants, the market and the city center of La Couarde sur Mer. Everything is accessible on foot; park on your private parking and go for a car-free holiday with the possibility of bike rental. At 15 min. from Saint-Martin de Ré by bike path.

Beautiful living space very bright, facing south with magnificent view on the pool, sea and beach being 150 meters. Pool is open from May 15th until end of September. A fully equipped kitchen area with microwave and dishwasher and a lounge with TV will allow you a comfortable stay. Wifi is available free in the lounge area at the reception of the residence.

Entrance, cabin room with single bed and separate WC.

Upstairs, a charming room (double orientation south / west) with double bed (2x80x200), overlooking bathroom very bright with toilet, bath (shower head) and washing machine.

Ideal for two / three people. Children from three years old.
No smoking. No pets allowed.

Great Location

We greatly enjoyed our holiday at this apartment. The hosts went out of their way to greet us when we arrived.The apartment was very comfortable, clean and nearby to beach and all facilities. An excellent base for a holiday on the island. We would recommend highly.

Laid-back beach break

Great location - minutes from the beautiful beach, restaurants, bike hire, market and supermarket. Apartment compact but stylish, spotless and well equipped. Pool didn’t open till the last day but then perfect. Love the laid-back feel to the whole island and cycling everywhere.

Un logement à proximité de tout

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les hôtes se sont montrés accueillants et disponibles. Le logement est fonctionnel et très bien situé avec son accès piscine et la plage à une centaine de mètres. Nombreux commerces et commodités aux alentours avec un coup de cœur pour Les Halles couvertes situées juste en face de la résidence !

L'appartement est agréable mais il convient à une famille de 3 personnes dont jeune 1 enfant. Plus, semble compliqué. Mauvaise insonorisation. Piscine non chauffée. Le climat de l'île de Ré nécessité que leau soit chauffée, les températures ne sont pas assez élevées sur l'île.

Super appart et super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement très bien équipé et idéalement situé à quelques pas des halles, des commerces, de la plage et du centre de la Couarde. L'agencement est idéal pour un couple + 1 enfant (le lit dans le couloir au rdc est séparé du salon par une porte coulissante). La piscine était fraîche mais agréable (pas trop fréquentée et calme), nombreux transats et même ombragés. La place de parking privée est très utile. Il y a un bar de l'autre côté de la rue qui met de la musique le soir, c'est vrai. Mais contrairement aux avis que nous avions lu avant de réserver, nous n'avons pas été dérangés. L'environnement est calme. Bons échanges avec la propriétaire qui était réactive et sympathique. Je recommande cet appartement !

Beau duplex très bien situé

Situation idéale dans le village mais aussi comme point de départ à vélo pour visiter d'autres villes. Appartement hyper bien fourni - tout le matériel nécessaire Literie confortable Quartier un peu bruyant certaines nuits Un peu trop de décos et coussins à mon goût mais mixé avec une déco contemporaine agréable. La piscine est un vrai bonus et très agréable ainsi que la place de parking ++ Super accueil sur place pour la remise et reprise des clés

Great location and attractive apartment.

Really enjoyed our week at this apartment. The property was ideal for our needs, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean and perfectly located overlooking the swimming pool, 200m from the beach and 150m from the local market. Estelle, the property owner, arranged for a warm welcome from Mona who explained everything for us. Estelle was contactable when required and was quick and most helpful in her responses. WiFi was very strong in the Reception area but sporadic in the apartment. It was easy to plan accordingly whenever we had urgent stuff to do on the laptop. We definitely plan to visit again.

Belle résidence proche de la plage et du centre ville

Hôtes très accueillant et arrangeant, on les remercie pour leur implication et leur disponibilités. C’est assez rare pour le souligner. Appartement très fonctionnel et propre. La piscine de la résidence est un réel plus. La situation près de la plage, du centre du village, des restaurant et du supermarché en font un endroit extrêmement pratique. Le seul bémol, qui n a rien à voir avec la résidence , mais à la période que l’on vit, c est le bruit incessant en pleine nuit. Et comme il faisait chaud on a laissé les fenêtres, en double vitrage ouverte……phénomène apparement jamais vu sur l’île d’apres les commerçants du village. Pour résumer appartement à réserver les yeux fermés, si ce qu’il propose vous convient

Un très bon séjour à la Couarde !

La Couarde est une très bonne localisation sur l'île : bon point de départ pour visiter en vélo tous les villages de l’île. L'emplacement de l'immeuble est idéalement situé avec à moins de 3' de marche : une très belle plage, un marché très complet, supérette etc.. et le centre du village. Logement très joliment agencé et aménagé avec une décoration très sympa. Vue sur piscine très agréable. Propriétaire très sympathique, accueillant et charmant.
