About this property

This apartment is located on the first floor in our Villa in a peaceful neighborhood only 3 minutes walk from beautiful Martinica beach and 5-7 minutes easy walk to the center of Bol. Nearest restaurant and grocery store are 3-5 minutes walk from the apartment. It consists of two spacious and light bedrooms, one with double and one with twin beds. Open plan kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, comes along with dining and living area with pullout sofa which can serve as an extra bed for one. There is also modern bathroom with shower. From the living room you have an access to the outdoor terrace with lovely sea view.
Apartment has AC, WiFi and secure luggage organized on departure so guests can enjoy freely while waiting on a ferry, boat or a plane.

There are 3 parking places in front of the house. Parking is free of charge but the reservation is needed. If there is no space in front of the house there is a public parking 150 meters away where guests can park for free. Apartment is pet friendly without any extra charges and dog beach is on the beginning of the promenade towards the Golden Horn. Our agency will take good care of all our guests and help them with all our expertise so they can truly enjoy and experience great holiday.
