This spacious and swanky one bedroom apartment is settled on the second floor in our villa in a peaceful neighborhood only 3 minutes walk from beautiful Martinica beach and 5-7 minutes walk from the city center. Nearest restaurant and grocery store are 3-5 minutes walk from the apartment. Our flat consist of spacious and sunny double bedroom, bathroom with a shower, modern and fully equipped kitchen in open space with dining/living area with pull out sofa which you can use as an additional bed for two. This apartment has also sunny balcony with marvelous view which you can enjoy while having morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Apartment has AC, WiFi and secure luggage organized on departure so guests can enjoy freely while waiting on a ferry, boat or a plane. There are 3 parking places in front of the house. Parking is free of charge but the reservation is needed. If there is no space in front of the house there is a public parking 150 meters away where guests can park for free. Apartment is pet friendly and dog beach is on the beginning of the promenade towards the Golden Horn. Our agency will take good care of all our guests and help them with all our expertise so they can truly enjoy and experience great holiday.
