This new and stylish apartment is located on the first floor in our dalmatian villa only 3 minutes walk from beautiful Martinica beach and 5-7 minutes walk from city center. Nearest restaurant and grocery store are 3-5 minutes walk from the apartment. Designed with functionality and simplicity in mind consist of spacious bedroom with double bed, new and fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living area with pull out sofa you can use as an extra bed for two.

There is a living room exit to the balcony with perfect sea view ideal for enjoying glass of wine in a sunset. Apartment is furnished and equipped to fulfill your practical everyday needs and it has WiFi connection, Air-Condition, secure luggage organized on departure so guests can enjoy freely while waiting on a ferry, boat or a plane.

There are 3 parking places in front of the house. Parking is free of charge but the reservation is needed. If there is no space in front of the house there is a public parking 150 meters away where guests can park for free.Apartment is pet friendly and dog beach is on the beginning of the promenade towards the Golden Horn. Our agency will take good care of all our guests and help them with all our expertise and services so they can truly enjoy and experience great holiday.
