It is located in the most characteristic area of the city. A quiet area where you can enjoy the most authentic Venice but at the same time close to the most important attractions: San Marco Square is 10 minutes on foot, Rialto 15 minutes, the Arsenale 2 min, the Biennale is 300 meters from the house, the Venice Movie Exhibition as well as the city beach are reachable with 2 vaporetto stops.
The apartment is perfectly located for visiting the Biennale Contemporary Art Exhibition: a few steps from the Arsenale exhibition spaces and the Giardini pavilions!
A few meters from home via Garibaldi offers supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, fruit and vegetables, fishmongers, bacari (famous Venetian bars / inns), restaurants. The nearest water bus stop is Arsenale and is 3 minutes away.
