The Old School House in the heart of Lustleigh is a semi-detached Victorian cottage, once the infants part of a school dating from 1876. The cottage sleeps four people and has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower-room. On the ground floor is a smart kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with wood burner effect electric fire and a piano. Outside, the garden on two levels surrounds the house and has two patio areas with tables/chairs a barbecue a fire pit, and a terraced lawn. There is also parking for one car. The Old School House is a wonderful home in a superb rural location.
