Butterbrook Coach House is a smart tranquil Devon cottage in the Dartmoor hamlet of Harford near Ivybridge. The cottage sleeps five people in a double bedroom and twin bedroom with additional child’s folding bed. On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove and a smart kitchen with dining area. Outside is a sunny enclosed courtyard with furniture and gas barbecue and forty acres of meadows and woodland beyond, leading to open moorland. On the edge of the Dartmoor National Park and about ten miles from lovely Mothecombe beach, Butterbrook Coach House is a fabulous base for discovering the delights of Devon. Please note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome, a supplement is payable for the second dog

Town: The ancient Stannary town of Ashburton lies on the southern slopes of Dartmoor and is an ideal spot from which to explore the rugged high moors to the North and a beautiful coastline to the South. The scenery in this area of South Devon is glorious in all weathers and offers visitors opportunities for walking, pony trekking, canoeing, fishing and lazing on the beach.
