On one level. 1 x double bedroom, open plan living area, with sitting area with wood burning stove and fully tuned Steinway grand piano, fitted kitchen and dining area. Shower-room with shower, basin and WC.
What makes this property unique
Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Two behaved dogs welcome; if two large dogs, please enquire. Please note there is a charge of £10 for the 2nd dog. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Guests will be required to log in to their own account for any streaming services on the TV.
