This wonderfully remote converted Exmoor barn near Exford can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Nethercote Byre is a wonderfully remote converted barn three miles from Exford in the centre of Exmoor. The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, a double and three twin rooms sharing two family bathrooms. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and door to garden, a sitting room with wood burning stove and a playroom. Outside is a private enclosed courtyard with table and chairs, parking for three cars and you are welcome to wander and explore the owner's surrounding land. Nethercote Byre is a comfortable and relaxed spot, ideal for nature watching, walking and leaving modern life behind.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, Fibre Optic Broadband, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed courtyard garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking.
Note: This house is approached over 1¾ miles of rough hardcore track, this has now been upgraded and is perfectly usable by all vehicles so please keep speed down to avoid danger to cattle sheep or indeed walkers with dogs!.
