The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms, two twin and a double with en suite shower room over two floors, plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area, a study and a hall. On the first floor is a sitting room with sea views and sliding glazed doors to a balcony. Outside is a private little patio at the back with outdoor furniture. On the esplanade and with shops and pubs close by, 6 Lyme Mews is a great place for a seaside holiday in Devon.

Amenities: Central heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Sky TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone incoming calls only, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. There is parking for one small car in the garage and parking for second small/medium car outside of the garage. Additional visitor parking also available. Enclosed patio garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: This property does not accept children under 8, except babes in arms, due to balcony.
