This modern, semi-detached house over three floors in the heart of Bude sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms.

The Loft is a comfortable, modern, three-storey, semi-detached house a short walk from big, sandy Summerleaze Beach in the friendly Cornish seaside town of Bude. The house sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family shower room as well as family bathroom. On the first floor an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, an enclosed back garden with picnic bench and off road parking for one car. The Loft is an excellent family holiday home at any time of the year.

The loft

Everything you need is supplied just like being at home , I wouldn't recommend it for the elderly or infirm as stairs are steep and if you want to sleep in the double room there are two flights to encounter, key safe is quite temperamental and hard to open, It states in the description that the property is semi detached it isn't it is terraced so you have the pleasure of two neighbours, very warm property , your asked not to adjust temperatures but if you really need to there are no instructions you would probably need to contact the caretaker Nikki ,also had to Google washing machine for instructions. A couple of bulbs out one outside in the garden the other in the lounge but didn't warrant calling Nikki out . Overall a nice stay was had by all .

Awesome location, fantastic property. Lots of little extras in the kitchen which is a BIG plus!! Will come again!
