The laundry room is off the kitchen and features large load capacity washer and dryer.
On the main level there are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, settee, TV and desk area. There is and full jack and jill bathroom located between both bedrooms. Upstairs are two master suites, the main host's a king sleep number bed and queen sleeper sofa, along with a TV and working/desk area. The second master has 2 queens, a TV, and a private deck with seating for enjoying the water and sunset views.
The outside areas of the property offers great amenities such as a heated pool, loungers, and table and chairs. Umbrellas to help with the sun as well as a new thatched tiki. The tiki has a bar with seating, and an outdoor cooking area. This outdoor kitchen has a built in bar with seating for 8. It also has a stainless gas grill with a work station, 2 small refrigerators, beautiful outdoor lighting, and a TV for your favorite sports games.

You can walk down the path to the dock's for additional seating and check out the underwater lights and fish in the evenings. Maybe another path the sandy beach area for sunbathing, or to the new putting green. You can even just enjoy the beautiful tropical landscaping or the fire pit in the evening's.

There are two docks on this property the first is over 100' and the second is at 50', so there is plenty of room for multiple boats and/or jet skis. Easy out to the Gulf of Mexico and a short ride to Vaca Cut for Atlantic access. There is water and power at the docks , fish cleaning station, swim ladder and outdoor shower. Two stairways entering the water make it great for swimming and snorkeling and launching kayaks. This is a great area for kayaking, and there is a small islands just off shore that is part of this property. Kayak rental is available for delivery and pickup all the information is in the home

The property is fenced and the 2 driveways are gated for privacy. There is plenty of parking for both vehicles and boat trailers. You will love staying at this true Keys Paradise!
