Wonderful three-room apartment with excellent finishes located on the first floor of a brand new building supplied with photovoltaic energy and solar heating is beautifully set in a lush Mediterranean scrub.
The apartment has a wonderful veranda with beautiful sea view and equipped with wooden chairs and table, to enjoy the holiday in the open air and relaxing, overlooking the Gulf, and is strategically located just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Cala Gonone, from market, from the Bar, from the Medical Guard and from the center of the country.
The apartment is structured as follows: large living room with stunning sea and mountain views, kitchenette with kitchen utensils and microwave oven, double bedroom with sea view, single bedroom that can be converted into a double or two single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Shared barbecue in the garden. External parking space or internal motorbike place.
Services on request (for a fee)
- Additional cleaning service
50 euros.
- Extra linen change service (sheets and towels)
10 euros for each double or single set. For long stays the weekly and mandatory change.
