Nestled on the heights of Théoule-Sur-Mer, this luxurious Duplex apartment is located in the prestigious area of Imperial Bay.

The apartment is composed of high-end furniture. The 2 bedrooms and the entire ground floor are air conditioned.

The two bedrooms are located upstairs with 4 very comfortable X-large beds and enchanting sea views. They each have their bathroom with WC. Are sheets and bath and beach towels supplied as an optional extra (see conditions with the owner)?

2nd TV + Wii in bedroom 2.

All the living rooms have a magnificent view of the sea, the bay of Cannes and Antibes, the Lérins islands, Théoule bay and Esterel. You will take advantage of the terrace to eat there, a garden furniture and deckchairs to relax.

By a small staircase at the bottom of the garden, you will reach the very large swimming pool of 15m and the children's pool, located 50m below.

The swimming pools are open from May 1st to October 15th.

Children are welcomed with great pleasure.

Prachtig huis!

Supermooi en schoon huis, naar het strand lopen is een uitdaging, maar met de auto is het ook prima te doen. In de advertentie stond dat bedlinnen en handdoeken inbegrepen waren, maar dat bleek niet juist. Geen probleem op zich, maar wel goed om te weten. De mensen bij de receptie zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren bij het huisje is niet altijd mogelijk, het is er snel vol.

super Sicht auf das Meer

Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten jeden Tag auf der Terrasse frühstücken und in der Sonne den Blick auf das Meer genießen. Wir haben uns gut erholt, schon beim Aufwachen sieht man vom Bett aus durch das große Fenster das Meer. Die Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmern bietet alles, was man braucht und die Lage gestattet es, in vielen Richtungen Ausflugsziele gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuß ist man auch schnell am Bahnhof und kann mit dem Zug Ausflüge, z. B. nach Menton, unternehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A Great Place to Stay

The unit is in a beautifully landscaped gated community set on a steep hill. The result is that you take an elevator down from street level to a ground level unit with a large private backyard overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The view is stunning. The apartment was very clean, very spacious with large luxurious bathrooms. Lastly it had fun coastal decoration that made the place homey and comfortable.

Vacances reposantes dans appartement tout confort avec magnifique vue sur la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Vacances reposantes malgré le temps mitigé. Appartement tout à fait adapté pour 4 personnes. La terrasse/Rez de jardin est splendide. En plus des activités balnéaires, grande variété de visites touristiques et de randonnées dans le coin. Endroit calme au moment de notre séjour. Le propriétaire était à l’écoute et l’accueil a la résidence très agréable. Merci et au plaisir de revenir un jour.

Super Location!

This is the second time we have stayed in this excellent apartment. Super location in a secured complex, great terrace with an exceptional sea view, nice host. Nothing is missing and we will certainly come back a third time. Highly Recommended!

TRES BELLE LOCATION

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis. Tout est conforme à l'annonce et à la description sur le site Abritel. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados. Les ados ont leur chambre et leur salle de bain et bonus la télé dans la chambre. L'appartement est joliment meublé et très bien équipé. La terrasse est grande et la vue sur la mer splendide ! Nous avons eu un cadeau d'accueil c'est vraiment sympa. Nous recommandons cette location.

Fabuleux !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce très agréable duplex. Nous avions l’impression d’être dans une maison en raison de sa localisation, de sa grande terrasse et son jardin donnant sur la mer. La vue est exceptionnelle. Cet apparemment a tout le confort pour passer de très bonnes vacances au calme dans un cadre idyllique. Je vous le conseil à 100% !

Fabulous apartment with great sea views!

Fabulous, spacious and luxurious apartment with a large terrace, garden and great sea views in a sheltered, quiet complex. All in very good condition and as shown in the pictures. It doesn't get any better than that. Nice and caring landlord. We'll be coming back!

Calme et confortable

Duplex en rez de jardin au sein d’un domaine privé extrêmement bien paysagé. Une vue imprenable sur la baie et les îles! Dupleix calme absolu, très bien conçu et très bien équipé! Excellente communication avec le propriétaire.

Astonishing views in well equipped appartement

We enjoyed the stay a lot with very nice views, on the coastline on Cannes on the mountains…The photos are very well matching reality. The apartment is located in a gated quiet community , on the outerside…which is giving privacy…though a longer stroll to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very big and quiet with superb view. The apartment is decorated with taste and the hosts are really generous and friendly!! The beach in Theoule itself is really adorable with clear azure water and some restaurants. Cannes is only 15 min., saint tropez and monaco are nearby! We really enjoyed our stay, and can advice the apartment for families, couples….so thank you again Alexandre for the welcoming stay!

Un séjour très agréable et très ressourçant.

Un appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Une magnifique vue sur la mer, à la fois du salon et de la chambre parental (idéal pour profiter du lever du jour). Un accueil parfait. Des commodites à quelques minutes en voiture. En résumé, un grand merci pour cet accueil.

Stunning apartment with amazing views

The garden apartment was stunning, from the view to the furnishings . The outdoor furniture was plentiful and of a high standard. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was exceptional . The pool Is large and beautiful . The only thing we didn’t have was any English tv but we were outside most of the time but for winter this would be nice. We’ve bought a fire stick so this would help! The owner was very good at communication and was kind and helpful . We would book again

Une vue exceptionnelle

Dès notre arrivée la vue sur la baie de Cannes nous a époustouflé .... Non seulement la vue est magnifique, mais aussi l'appartement est rénové avec gout et très confortable. La résidence est bien entretenue et est proche de Théoule, charmant village du bord de mer. On recommande vivement et un grand merci au propriétaire.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Traumblick

Die Fotos bilden die Wohnung sehr gut ab. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und für französische Verhältnisse breit. Die Terrasse ist toll, ausgestattet mit Esstisch, Liegen und Lounge-Garnitur. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen!

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Aussicht einfach toll! Im Oktober sind in der Anlage und an den Stränden nur wenige Touristen, was wir genossen haben. Der Pool war während unseres Aufenthaltes noch geöffnet, wohingegen einige Attraktionen (Wassersport) in der Umgebung ihre Tore leider bereits Ende September schließen. Trotz Herbstsaison wurden wir von Sonne und Vogelgesang verwöhnt. Der Vermieter ist bei Fragen/Problemen erreichbar und hilfsbereit. (Merci!) Es fehlte uns an nichts, außer an Zeit, um länger zu bleiben. ;-) Birgit Z.
