About this property

Located along the river, in the center of the typical village of Servoz, near Chamonix (10mn), the thermal baths of St Gervais (7mn) and Sallanches (15mn). Geneva 45 minutes away.
The accommodation includes a living room with an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, TV) and a shower room with WC. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with 1 double bed, a sloping children's corner with 1 single bed suitable for a young child as well as a WC. Beautiful terrace overlooking the river.
Ideal base in all seasons to enjoy the joys and sumptuous landscapes offered by the surrounding mountains: Mont-Blanc massif, Fiz chain ...... Nous avons passé trois jours dans ce charmant petit châlet, très bien conçu et bien équipé, et surtout très bien situé à proximité des commerces et des lieux de randos. L'endroit est magnifique et reposant. Tout était parfait. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Sejour rafraichissant au bord de la rivière

Chalet cosy bien équipé. Ideal pour un couple. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et dîner sur la terrasse. Possibilité d accéder a l eau de la rivière. Rafraichissant pendant la canicule.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueilli par Christophe et Valérie et avons passé un très agréable séjour dans leur maison très confortable. Sa situation géographique permet de découvrir très facilement la vallée de Chamonix, notamment par le train offert aux vacanciers de la Vallée. Nous y avons passé de confortables vacances. La maison est située au bord de l’Arve au cœur du village (épicerie à 5 minutes). La vue est magnifique ! Merci encore à Christophe et Valérie !

Logement plein de charme

Ce très joli logement est petit mais parfaitement fonctionnel et en très bon état. C'est un vrai cocon où l'on se sent tout de suite bien. Restaurants et épicerie à proximité immédiate (moins de 5mn à pied). Les propriétaires sont dans le chalet d'à côté et disponibles si besoin, mais pas envahissants non plus. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Excellent place for exploring the Chamonix area

Servoz is a very pretty and relaxed village to stay a short train or bus ride from Chamonix. The hosts were very helpful giving ideas of walks to do, left us a bottle of beer and a jar of home made honey which was delicious. The small chalet is perfect for a couple.
