Enjoy your vacation in our family retreat - The west facing views from our newly (Fall 2016) renovated condo at Portofino will amaze you. Tower 2 provides incredible views of the entire resort from every room. From the living space and balcony you have views of the Gulf of Mexico and stunning sunset vistas over Santa Rosa Sound. At night see the twinkle of the lights of Pensacola.

Our price includes Portofino Daily Resort Fee, Check In Fee, Cleaning and Damage Loss Insurance Fee. Taxes not included. Be sure to compare other quotes as these fees can add over $100 per night!

Our vacation condo is equipped with all the conveniences you would expect to find in a premier resort: top of the line service and amenities, spacious closets, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and much more. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own outdoor pool and whirlpool spa. There are also 2 covered parking spaces for your convenience.

Master Bedroom with Renovated Bath (2023) features a King Bed, 42” flat screen TV, Walk in Closet, Attached Bathroom with Double Vanities, Walk In Shower, and Private Door to Balcony.

Bedroom 2 has (2) Queen Beds, Flat Screen TV, Two Closets, Attached Bathroom, and Great Gulf Views.

Bedroom 3 includes a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, Storage Closet, Attached Bathroom, and a Wall of Windows and private door to balcony.

Onsite management provides 24 hour access for any issues that may arise during your stay,

Great Week

This is our second time staying at Portofino Island. Condo was nice. Kitchen could use some better amenities, but overall it has the basics. Spacious. Bathrooms are nice. Master bedroom mattress could use updating. Not very comfortable. Firm. Complex is perfect. We love the main pool area with restaurant and bar. The food is very good and the servers around the pool are the best. Beach is beautiful and chair service is easy. The amenities are worth the money, wave runners are newer and very nice. Overall complex is very safe and clean. We love it.

Very nice resort. Our rental was Great! As described and fully stocked with all kitchen supplies. The restaurant on sight was priced reasonably and had acceptable choices. Only suggestion the electric grill would heat food very well!

Great place to stay.Tower #2 is the best location.Condo could have better kitchen stocked better.Only 1 kitchen towel.Limited bathroom towels.The views made up for the little stuff.Great time!!

Family weekend

We used this property as a place for extended family to stay for a larger family event in Pensacola. The condo was exactly as pictured and the views were amazing. The weather was windy and cool the weekend we were there but the location was perfect and close to all that would be needed for fun in the sun and sand. The parking was convenient, even with a full size pick up (which was a bit of a tight fit). We would definitely stay here again with friends.

Loved the overall experience. The kitchen was well equipped. The only suggestion is the floors need a good cleaning. It appears that whatever product is being used is leaving a residue. Hot water and vinegar would perk them up.

The condo and property was great! Awesome master shower and plenty of space for a large group! My only complaint is the master bed itself is a spring mattress and doesn’t feel upscale.

The Perfect October Getaway!

I've never seen such beautiful views from every window... this condo is amazing! We had the BEST girl's trip ever! Dean was an absolute pleasure and responded super fast to any questions we had. Absolutely gorgeous condo and resort. Can see the bay and the ocean when standing in the living room. Large windows, all with views of water. Need to bring towels...none offered at the pool. Need to bring toilet paper, no extra provided. Would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Stay! Beautiful Place!

The place was beautiful, well appointed with stunning views. The owners had great communication from booking to end. Checkin was a breeze and everyone on the property were friendly and helpful. We loved the place and look forward to hopefully making our way back for more rest and relaxation. We could not have been more happy with our stay!

Perfect Family Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Pensacola Beach. Lisa was gracious and prompt to answer any of my questions regarding our stay. The location is very close to the beach and pool. Our multi-generational family enjoyed the three bedrooms and bathrooms. For parents with small children, you may want to bring or purchase a few pool toys for the kids before you come. <3 We would definitely stay again, and very much appreciate the hospitality of Lisa and the Portofino Island Resort.

We could’ve relaxed on the balcony all day! The unit was done perfectly- from decor to layout. Loved that we could spread out into our own rooms & bathrooms & come back together in the beautiful living room & balcony areas. Views were perfection. We couldn’t find the pool towels, but other than that- amazing!!

Perfect for family celebration

Great venue, great condo - felt like home immediately. We really love Portofino and this unit was perfect for our Christmas celebration. The layout gives everyone privacy and a place to retreat at the end of a fun day.
